twenty one

Taking a deep breath, I asked Junkyu. "What perfume do you use?"

"It's not something you can find anywhere." He stated.

"What do you mean?"

"It's a personalized perfume. My grandma made it." He said.

"Oh wow!" I said amusingly.

I wanted to meet his grandma and ask her how she made his perfume. Maybe I might find the answer as to why it's the only scent I can smell.

Should I follow him later?

Few moments later, it's already dismissal time and I tried following him.

He didn't use his bike. He just walked on his way home. I tried to hide myself everytime he would glance behind.

I wondered why he suddenly disappeared in my sight. After a few minutes, someone grabbed my shoulder and cornered me in the wall.

"Are you following me?" He asked suspiciously, raising his brow.

"N-no! Not at all!" I said. "Don't get the wrong idea. I'll explain!"

Junkyu checked his watch. "I'm giving you 20 seconds to explain."

"I... umm... was sent by my aunt to do an urgent errand." I lied.

"What errand?" He asked again.

Why is he so demanding?? And one more thing, I can smell his scent again! He needs to move away.

"It's none of your business." I said.

"Okay, I won't ask you anymore. Go now." He said, removing his hands that cornered me.

"I should go now?"

"Yeah, you said it's urgent."

"Okay, bye."

I started walking straight head. Argh! My plan didn't work!

After how many minutes of walking, I realized that I'm lost.

Damn, how would I able to go home? I didn't even bring my phone!

"Miyu, is that you?"

I turned to see who it is and it was Noa.

"Hi," I waved.

"What are you doing here?" He asked.

"I'm just... searching for Junkyu's house." I lied again.

"Really? I will also go to him!"

Oh shit. What a coincidence. Junkyu will find out that I'm really following him!

A thought came up to my mind. I'm afraid that I might get lost and won't be able to go home. What if a dog suddenly appeared in front of me and bit me? What if someone suddenly kidnaps me? I don't want that to happen!

And so, I had no other choice but to go with Noa. I will just reason out if Junkyu asks suspiciously again.
