Chapter 30

Tom P.O.V

I was shocked at what Star had asked me. My Starship wants to get back together with me. I felt my heart warm up and beat faster each time.

"So what's your answer Tom?" She asked me. Instead of answering her question with words I answered it with actions. I wrapped my arms around her waist and kissed her.

Star pulled away and started blushing. "So is that a yes." She asked me. "One hundred percent Star." I hugged her once more and we both laughed.

"I missed this so much." I told her.

"Me too Tom." She responded.

Marco P.O.V

I woke up at the middle of the night because I heard laughing. I looked over at my clock and was shocked at the hour, 3:30 am. I got up to check who was laughing and I heard it coming from Star's room.

"Can I stay over Starship?" I heard someone say. "I would love it if you stayed over, but Marco will be mad if you stayed over and if he finds you sleeping with me then he will probably kick you out." Star said.

"I told you that you should stay over tonight, but you didn't want to." I heard the same person talk. "Fine Tom, you can sleep with me tonight, but you will have to wake up super early that way Marco won't see you in my room. Okay."

Of course it would be Tom. I rolled my eyes.

"Thanks babe." I heard Tom say. Once I heard Tom say babe I felt angry, I can't believe they got back together.

Star P.O.V

Tom and I fell asleep on my bed with Tom's arm around my waist and my head on his chest and I got to be honest, I loved every single moment.

There was no way I would have any nightmares or any goofy dreams tonight, my dream tonight will be all about me and Tom and nobody else.

I woke up to the sound of my alarm clock. I looked over and saw the time 5:30am. I sighed and whispered Tom's name. My heart felt happy to see Tom looking at me with all of his three eyes.

"Hey sleepy head. Did you have a nice night?" I ran my fingers through his soft messy hair and gave him a smile.

"Yes I did Star, but I wish I didn't have to go. Especially at this hour." Tom sighed. Tom ran his fingers through his messy hair and I got up and grabbed his hands.

"I love it when your hair is messy." I wrapped my arms around his waist. "Why do you love my hair messy?" He questioned me.

"Because it's soft." It was a stupid answer but he still smiled at me. "I guess I have to go now." Tom and I both let out sighs. "Yeah you do." I unwrapped my arms and laid back down on my bed.

"Hey don't be upset I will see you later tonight." Tom said softly. "I know." I said with a frown. Tom grabbed my hands and looked straight into my eyes. "I love you Star." Tom said and then kissed my forehead.

"Love you too Tom." I said and Tom finally left.

Marco P.O.V

I woke up and got ready for school. I did my usual routine and once I was done all I had to do was wait for Star.

I waited in my living room watching the tv when suddenly I heard footsteps coming down the stairs. I looked over and there was Star wearing a red dress with white flats and her hair was curled.

"Ready Marco!" She said. I nodded my head and we walked out of my house and I locked the front door.

We started walking down the sidewalk and there was silence between us so I decided to break it. "So Star ... why aren't you wearing leggings underneath your dress and why aren't you wearing your boots? Also why do you have your hair curled?" I questioned.

"If you must know, after school I'm going to hang out with Pony then I'm going to go visit my parents at the castle and finally I'm going to hangout with Tom." She answered.

"You have been hanging out with Tom lately. What's that all about?" I asked.

"Marco, I have to tell you the reason I have been hanging out with Tom lately." Star looked at her hands and then back at me. Honestly I already knew the reason I just wanna hear it out of her. "Me and Tom are back together."

I started laughing and she looked confused. "Marco what's so funny?" She said. "I find it funny that you are back together with that demon. And to be honest I low key knew that you were back together. The only two possible reasons I can think of is either Tom put a spell on you to make you like him again or if you actually started liking him again naturally."

We came into a halt when Star started yelling at me. "WHY ARE YOU THINKING OF TOM THAT WAY, HUH? TOM DIDN'T PUT A SPELL ON ME! I STARTED LIKING HIM NATURALLY! YOUR A HORRIBLE PERSON DIAZ, YOU ARE JUMPING INTO CONCLUSIONS THAT YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT! MAYBE IF YOU GOT TO KNOW HIM THEN YOU WILL SEE WHY I STARTED LIKING HIM AGAIN!" Star finished and finally it was my turn.

"STAR I KNOW GUYS LIKE HIM. HE'S GOING TO BREAK UP WITH YOU AGAIN. WHY DO YOU EVEN BOTHER WITH HIM?" I yelled to which she just walked off and left me standing alone.

She knows I'm right. I thought to myself.
