Eudora sat facing the tall patio doors which led out to the gardens of the new Allegra house, within her eye range was the annex though she hadn't slept there since the night her aunts kidnapped her. She hadn't done anything since then, seen anyone. It had been a week now, since that all occurred and upon being found; Acacia took Eudora to Sheila. The two worked all night to fix the broken girl and they'd been largely successful.Currently, Eudora was sat in a wheelchair, she wasn't strong enough to hold herself up on her own right now. Her magic was slowly returning to her fragile body. The scars on the right side of her body had been added to in two thick burn lines across the backs of her legs and her shoulders from the pentagram. Thought hat was not the root of her issue. Carved into her body were hundreds of symbols and words in Latin, they were healed now into white lines from the magic but some were worst than others. One problem was a scar across her back which read very clearly 'Stefan Salvatore' though she thankfully could not see it. Hundreds of white lines lined her wrists and ankles like bracelets and across her forehead were hundreds of white dots from the metal crown.
Eudora had visited the hairdresser since the disaster, this having been the only time she had left the house. The hairdresser had removed the extensions, finding that her natural hair had grown over the months and now reached the bottom of her shoulder blades. They'd cut it into a sharp line across the bottom of her shoulder blades and stripped out the dirty blonde hair dye they'd put in months before, now leaving her hair the white blonde it had once been.
"Hey Baby" Acacia greeted as she entered the kitchen. They were the only ones left now, after obtaining the powers of her generation, Alia had gone on an indefinite vacation to learn to control it and Eudora had sympathy for her, knowing the struggle well. "How are you feeling?"
"I am okay" Eudora stated, she hadn't smiled since it happened. The witches may have healed the physical wounds but the mental ones still bled fresh. Anyone would assume that this had happened to her months ago due to how well she was healed. She looked so much older like this, she looked beautiful with her natural hair back though sad, unsmiling.
"We're going somewhere tonight"
"We are?" Eudora wondered in a whisper and Acacia felt like crying every time she saw her nieces sad eyes. Eudora didn't deserve what had happened to her, it was just one misfortune after another and Acacia couldn't help but blame herself, no matter how many times Eudora attempted to tell her it wasn't her fault.
"Yes, we are going to the fifties decade dance" Acacia smiled and Eudora looked up with wide eyes, instantly starting to shake her head. "I am chaperoning"
"No... I don't think.... I can't go... looking like this." she rambled and Acacia clasped her nieces hands, looking into her eyes. "I still cant walk" she acknowledged and the woman smiled.
"Dora. It is time you get back out there. You look absolutely stunning Baby, your old self again" she informed, stroking her nieces straight blonde hair. The hairdressers had done something to it which had stopped it from being naturally curly, they didn't bother to ask what because it didn't really matter to them. "You shouldn't care what anyone else thinks, okay?... Tyler and Matt have been asking about you"
