"How did this happen?" Damon persisted and Eudora rubbed a hand over her eyes, leaning into Stefan who held onto her tightly as if she was his lifeline.
"Katherine must have followed us" Stefan returned.
"What about Silas? What about the cure?" the older brother proceeded to demand and Stefan looked down at the little blonde girl curled tightly into his side.
"If there was anything in there at all, it's all gone" the ripper informed and Damon looked ready to punch something. They had searched high and low for that cure- All for it to be gone when they got there.
"Where the hell is Bonnie?" Damon returned, looking deeply at the witch who looked ready to cry right there on the spot.
"She's not here, I can't find her Damon and my magic isn't working here. I can't do a locator spell on this island." she tried to explain and his look of pain mellowed, the vampire smiling gently at her, solemnly now that he could see how stressed she was.
"Damon" Stefan cut back in and his brother flashed a gaze to him, waiting for whatever else the ripper had to say. "Elena's in there waiting for the Gilbert ring to bring Jeremy back to life."
"Okay, fine. We'll wait with her" Damon sighed, beginning to proceed back into the cave but he was stopped by a hand on his wrist. When Damon looked down into the blue eyes of Eudora Allegra- he knew that something was very very wrong.
"Jeremy was one of the five" Eudora whispered, hoping that the man would understand but he sent her only a blank expression in response. "A hunter" and the realisation seemed to come crashing down on Damon the second she said those words.
"He's supernatural... The ring won't work anymore... She won't survive this." he decided and paused in contemplation before looking deeply at Stefan. "We'll find Bonnie, you get Elena off of this island. Come on Blondie," he ushered and marched off. Eudora looked at Stefan once, a deep and meaningful stare before she was off chasing the brother. They all knew that she wasn't going to leave this island without Bonnie Bennett at her side and Damon was prepared to do anything to make sure that happened.

"Bonnie!" Damon called out in aggravation as he held Eudora close to his side- heaven forbid they lose her too. The blonde's eyes were slowly dimming in a complete panic. They had been searching for hours and were still no closer to any single clue.
"Damon" Eudora breathed and the man looked down at her, assessing her eyes. "You need to go to Elena, she's not going to be in denial forever."
"No, Dora. I'm not leaving you here on your own! What about the immortal Silas, hmm? You've heard the story, that Silas guy wasn't nice to your ancestor, why would he be nice to you?" he persisted. "No, I am not leaving you here, Dora. Elena has Stefan with her and you have me. Let's go."
