Sneak peak -
Xavier growled possessively, walking towards me like the predator that he truly was. Staring into the endless pools of his eyes, I saw as raw, primitive need took over every ounce of him and all it did was turn...

Chapter IX
Third person's P.O.V.
Many among the werewolf community and the supernatural community wanted nothing more than to destroy the king and watch the kingdom fall.
What better opportunity then to make his very people go against him ?
After all, the recently crowned king used to be the Alpha of the Rouges.
The people who were bitter about him becoming the king, formed a group and decided to hunt for a powerful witch. A witch could tell them so much about the king.
Witches usually were not loyal to other supernaturals, but only to their own kind. Though, there was a way to get whatever information you want from them given that you give the witch a huge lump sum of money.
They had tracked down a powerful witch who used to reside in the middle of the eastern forests and right now, they were on their way.
Once they saw the old hut, they slowed down. It had an air around it, so surreal, so electrifying and not in a good way.
The gate swung opened before any of them could even knock, as if the witch was waiting for their arrival.
One of the crossbows hanging on the wall turned on its own and an arrow was shot right past one of the mans head.
"Welcome." A wicked crow crooked. The men, even though in large numbers, were afraid. Witches could be tricky and they always enjoyed playing with others. After all, they were toys.
"Oh hello! Didn't quite see you there." The witch said as she walked into their view. She looked like a harmless little teenager but she was far from it.
"You know what we want." The hunkiest man stated. The witch found it hilarious how even the mightiest, were afraid of the tricks she had rolled up her sleeves.
"Oh yes, and I'll give it to you for a price." She answered a little to eagerly.
"How much?" One of the men asked.
The witch chuckled, "Oh dear! It's not how much, it's more of a what."
There was a gap before she continued, "I want the head of a black mamba before sunset."
Their faces grew pale at the mention of something so deadly but they were desperate. Desperate enough to get that too.
"Deal or no deal?" She asked even though she already knew the answer.
