Chapter XV
Later that very day, I found out the strangers name was Hayden.
Xavier and Hayden told me all about the witch they had encountered and what those men wanted.
Me.
I chuckled, "Wow, didn't know I was that special."
Xavier's scrutinizing gaze made me uncomfortably hot and I tried my very best to shrug it off.
"We need to inform your parents about it."
"Yeah right, like I'd ever let my parents meet you. They'd probably never let you leave the house."
Xavier smiled at that thought, "Let's go."
"I'm warning you, they'll go crazy," I said with all seriousness as I blocked the door.
"I'm ready." He said, slowly getting up as Hayden followed him.
I snorted before shrugging, if they really wanted to meet my parents, welp!
In the past few hours I had been asking questions back and forth and received answers as well. Some of it was a little much to wrap my head around but oh well, that's life.
Guiding them outside the pack house, I told them to hop inside my car.
"I'll drive." Xavier said.
"As if." I replied before quickly getting into the drivers seat.
"What? Did you change your mind?" I asked, waiting impatiently for him to get in the car. Hayden laughed at Xavier's expression before getting in the passengers seat.
Xavier growled.
"No." I said, "He got in first, you had your chance."
Cursing he got in as well.
The drive back was short and fast. I just turned up the radio, ignoring any conversation.
Once I parked, I got out swiftly waiting for the boys to do the same.
"Now listen, you both are NOT coming inside until I call you, they'll probably faint." I tried explaining.
