Tris pov

I'm supposed to meet Tobias at the Ferris wheel at 5. It's 4:50. Christina has insisted upon doing my makeup and hair. "Christina I'm going to be late." I fuss as she pulls one of my eyebrows out. "Better late than never. I can just let you leave looking like this. You're gonna look stunning." Christina says and she grins with excitement. She's hiding something.

"Christina what's going on?" I say hoping she will let me know. "Nothing? I'm just happy to have will back is all. I missed him ya know?" she responds. Maybe she's telling the truth. "Done!" She says and spins me around to look in the mirror. Wow I think. I didn't know I could look so nice. I look at the clock. 4:55. "I'm gonna be late!" I run but Chris grabs my arm. "No running! don't mess up my masterpiece!" She says and walks me to the train where Zeke and Uriah and Marlene and shauna? when did she get here? I look at her hand and I notice something. A ring? "Zeke did you?" I ask. "Yes he did." Shauna answers with a smile. The train comes to us and stops.

The train never stops. I guess today it does. Hmm. Something fishy is going on. I get in the train and head to the Ferris wheel. I can't wait to see Tobias.

Tobias pov.

I patiently wait for tris. She's late. As usual. I sigh. And wait. I've set everything up. Lights are strung. Zeke helped me set everything up and Shauna and Marlene set up the picnic. Everything is perfect. I found a tux. It's not mine. I think it's Zekes... It smells like sage and lemongrass though.. Strange. I only know that smell from. Al.

This was al's suit. I hope they washed it. It was what he wore at initiation I assume.

Tris runs toward me and then stops and stares at all the decorations. "Tobias. You shouldn't have." She says and then cries a little. "No no! I can't mess this make up up. Chris will kill me. Oh they all came too. They promised to stay away though." She tells me. I know why they're here.

" Come here." I say and I pull her into me and I press my lips to hers and hold it there. "Shall we eat?" I say and lead her to dinner. I made steaks. She probably has never seen this. And potatoes. There's candles. It's very romantic I think. We eat dinner I laugh as I see tris trying to figure out how to eat her steak. She keeps stabbing at it and puttin it up to her mouth. It's funny. Her abnegation is showing. I cut it up and feed it to her. She laughs at me.

We finally finish eating and talking, Nd I realize it's time, "tris I love you." I begin. "I love you too." she says and smiles. I take her hands an I make her stand up I take her face in my hands and kiss her softly. I then get down on my knee and take the ring out of my pocket. "Beatrice prior. I have been in love with you since the day you jumped into the net at dauntless initiation. We have been through everything together. Even death. I'm in love with you and I will love you for the rest of my life. Beatrice prior will you do me the astounding honor of being my wife?" and I begin to cry after I finish. I see tris' hands cupped over her mouth and she begins to nod. "Yes. A thousand times yes!" she yells and kisses me. She is sobbing and weeping. We kiss and I hear cheering. It's Uriah, Christina, will, Marlene, Shauna, and Caleb. When did Caleb get here it doesn't matter.

Nothing matters.

Only her.

I'm getting married.

Oh my god. This is the best day of my life.
