Liam's POV
Who didn't close the curtains? I cringe at the brightness in the room. I cover my eyes and take another moment of sleep.
After a couple of seconds, I feel a pounding in my head. I was tired. More than usual. What happened yesterday? I was having dinner with Ally. We were talking, and she wanted a library, but I refuse to give it to her. Then she wanted to know why I didn't shave. I like my beard. I think it makes me look more intimidating.
After a while, Jade came in to refill my cup. However, her presence seemed to be more suspicious. Her and Ally were both suspicious. They kept exchanging looks. I grew curious. After I take a good sip of my water, I was about to ask Ally what was going on but feel my eyelids closing in. I think I knocked out after that.
I brush it off at the moment. I needed to get ready and dress. Bear is coming home today. It felt like years since I've seen him. I wonder how much he has grown. Hopefully, his mother hasn't turned him against me.
I let out a yawn and feel the cold wind hitting my chin.
Hmm, that's weird.
It must be a cold morning. I rub my wet eyes and slid my hand down my cheek to grasp my beard. However, instead of feeling the thick and tangles of my hair, I feel the smooth and soft texture of my skin. It wasn't completely soft. There was something around my chin. It felt like foam. Or could it be shaving cream...?
My eyes shot up, and I rush to the bathroom. I flip the light switch on and stood in front of the mirror. I see a man with his long hair without his long and messy beard. I shake my head in disbelief. "No," I mutter. "What happened?"
At least I still have my long hair. However, I look up close and see the unevenness of the back, and I curse. Whoever did this will pay.
I storm out of the bathroom, flipping the light switch off. My eyes dart to the door until I hear a yawn escape from my bed. I hadn't realize there was someone sleeping there. I look at her and crease my brows to see who she was. In a short second, I realize it was Ally.
She stretches her arms out, and I walk up to her. She sits up and takes a moment to look at her surrounding. She looks utterly confuse until our eyes meet. And like a flash, her cheeks redden, and she bites her bottom lip - her guilty pout. I point at her, "You!" I reach my hand to grab her, but she screams and jumps off the bed.
I wag my finger as her hands come together to beg for mercy. "What did you do?" I growl.
She shakes her head, shaking her hands. "N-nothing," she stutters.
I didn't believe her. I rush to her side, but she flinches and lets out another scream as she crawls to where I previously was. She pleads, "Please, I was force to. Please. Please."
I shake my head and run around the bed to get to her, and she turns to the door and runs out of the room. I was determined to get her. I rush out and follow her steps. She was only a few feet away. I increase my speed, and before she could trot down the stairs, I grab her arms and spin her around. She pants slowly, closing her eyes. I grab both of her arms and force her to look at me, but she turns away, screaming out for mercy.
"Liam, please, please, please,..." she continues on.
I roll my eyes in annoyance and yank her down the stairs, but she stops midway. I turn around and see her resisting.
"Liam, please, I am so sorry," she says. "I beg you."
"Were you the one who shaved my beard?" I ask, although it was pretty obvious that it was her.
