Adonis and I went back to the woods and got each of the now human wolves out of the trees before finally making it home without a problem. We introduced the wolves to the rest of the Angels and their animals before we started to talk about the issue at hand.

"So, my best friend, Laviana, she's the daughter of an Angel and a human," I said and all the wolves nod. "She's an Angel but her family is a family of Hunters." The wolves growl and I nod. "Yeah, so, obviously, Laviana's mother doesn't hate Angels as much as she puts off, or she didn't know the man she cheated on her husband with was an Angel. Anyway, when my dragons met Laviana, they roared and believed that she would cause harm. I decided to believe them since I trust them, and Laviana and I have been on rocky terms for a while and I don't know what she's going to do."

"That's awful," Brandy say and the rest of the wolves agree.

"Yeah, it really sucks," I said, shrugging. "But that's not the point. The point is that there is a possibility that Supernaturals are in danger. I don't know if it's just Angels and Werewolves, or if there are more, but you guys are the only other species I know are out there right now. If Laviana continues to act strangely, like she has been for the past week or so, I'm going to go to Ezotol, the Angel of Secrecy, to see what she's hiding. If she is hiding something, I'll give Remus a call and tell him, and he'll announce it to your Pack. In the meantime, you guys can stay if you want or you can go, whatever is fine with us, we have spare rooms. If you want to leave, all I can ask of you is that you warn your Pack, and have them warn others, even your enemies. We need everyone with us if something were to happen."

Everyone nods before Ovidia speaks.

"You're like the Alpha, aren't you?"

"I wouldn't call myself an Alpha, just someone who needs to get her point across to help people." I shrug.

"You carry the power of an Alpha," Adora says. "Maybe even more."

"I'd hope I have power," I say. "I am an Angel after all." I look at the time on my phone before standing up, Adonis following my moves. "If you're going to stay, I'll show you your rooms, but if not, I'll take you to the door."

"I'm sorry, Ky, but I can't stay," Jon says, standing up. "I need to get home to my Mazelina."

"Of course Jon, no need to apologize." I smile and follow after him. "Tell her I say hello and I can't wait to meet her."

Jon smiles before walking out the door and into the woods. I shut the door and turn to the wolves. "Let's get you to your rooms."

Each person shared a room with their mate, and to make sure that they're comfortable, they are all next to each other, with their Alpha in the middle.

Adonis and I walk back to my room and I lay on my bed, closing my eyes, only to open them, feeling a head on my stomach. I look down at Adonis before closing my eyes again. Adonis grand my left hand hand start to play with my finger before he runs his hand down the small scars I have on them.

"How did you get them?" He asks.

"A story for another time," I respond.

"Ky, everything is a story for another time," he said, annoyance in his voice. "I don't know anything about you except the basics."

"Sorry, Adonis," I said, sitting up. "But just like you don't know anything about me, I don't know anything about you."

He clenches his jaw and narrows his eyes at me before standing up and taking off his shirt and pointing to his lower back.

"I got these scars as punishment," he said. "Every time I did something wrong, at lease something wrong in the eyes of my father, he would whip me. The most I've gotten in one sitting was fifty."
