I look up at the mansion and my eyebrows raise. That's a lot of space for a family of four.
The higher rankings could live here too, Daeva says.
I doubt it.
"I mind-linked my family, they will be here shortly," the King says. "Would any of you like anything?"
I notice Adonis staring at me and I raise my eyebrows before looking back at the King.
"I am good, thank you."
"How about you?" He asks looking at Adonis.
Adonis looks over at me for permission and I hold back a smile, nodding at him.
"Yes, please, do you have any water?" Adonis asks.
The King nods as I chuckle, a maid quickly coming in and handing Adonis a glass of water.
"My wife and sons are in the throne room, if you would follow me," the King says and starts walking away.
Adonis and I follow him, but I turn my head to see the mutt that grabbed my wing following us. I let my eyes change and bare my teeth at him before turning back around. I hear a small growl and I smile to myself.
We pass a large family room and a grand staircase before standing in front of two enormous white and gold doors. Two men opened the doors for us and I made sure to thank them before gaping at the throne room.
Just like the doors, the throne room was huge. There was so much space it seemed like three hundred people could fit, maybe more if people are allowed to pass through the doors on either side of the throne.
As expected, the throne was elevated, not by much, just a few steps, but it still could make someone feel intimidated. A large red flag hung behind the throne and a small canopy hung over it.
"Damn," I mumble as my gaze shifts to the people standing by the throne.
A woman, most likely King Kaden's mate was standing to the left of the throne, one boy standing slightly behind her and another standing on the right of the throne.
While Adonis and I stop at the bottom of the steps leading up to the throne, King Kaden goes up and sits on the throne, the mutt standing to his left on the step before the platform the throne was on.
"As you know, I am Kaden Dromon, King of the Werewolves and this is my wife, Queen Blake Dromon and my sons, Heir Prince Pierce Dromon and Prince Landon Dromon," he says and then nods to the mutt. "That is my Beta, Elias Jones."
I glare at Elias before looking back at the royal family.
Mutt sounds better, Daeva says and I can't help but agree.
"My husband informed me that you wanted an alliance with us and came to warn us about an attack of the Hunters," the Queen says and I nod.
"Who are you to be making these offers," Pierce asks from behind his mother.
"My name is Kykuna Knight and I'm the Angel of Rage, Vengeance, Bad Omens, Manipulation and Protection, I am the sister of Lucifer and the Queen of Hell."
I hear a scoff and I glare at the mutt, growling lowly. I feel a hand on my back and my gaze snaps to Adonis, a warning look in his eyes. I scowl but look back at the royal family after fixing my face.
"Who is he?" The Queen asks, scanning Adonis. The King growled before pulling her to him but it didn't bother me. She wasn't checking him out, she was looking him over to see what she was dealing with.
