I walk into my house with a huge grin on my face. Ignoring everyone, I skip to the kitchen and grab a box of Mallowmars. With a grin still on my face, I sit on top of the island we have in the kitchen and stuff a Mallowmar into my mouth.
Adonis walks around the corner and sees me sitting on the table and enjoying my treat. He sighs and walks over to me, trying to take the Mallowmars away from me.
"Ky, I know your happy that the Nymphs will help us during the battle and the Mermaids will let us travel safely over their waters, but we still got to talk to the Vampires and eating junk food is not going to help you."
I glare at him and pull the box of Mallowmars closer to my chest. "I am insulted, Adonis. Do you not think that these accomplishments deserve to be treated as such? The Nymphs are going to help us during the battle, so now we have the Fairies, the Demons, some of the Angels that live here and go to my school, the Fairies, and the Dragons. I honestly couldn't be happier."
Adonis looks at me with a soft smile on his face. "I'm glad your happy, I really am, but we need to speak to the Vampires and if they're as protective over their King as you said they were, the sooner we get there, the better. You still need to come up with a plan, don't you?"
I furrow my eyebrows and sigh, putting down the box of Mallowmars and hopping off of the island. "Yeah, I do. We need all of the species to be here though. When I make the plan, I want the Kings, Queens, and head Warriors to be there so I know exactly where I should put who."
Adonis wraps his arm around my waist and kisses my temple as we walk out of the house.
"Our kids are going to be smart as fuck thanks to their mother."
I raise my eyebrows before rolling my eyes. "You need to stop saying stuff like that Adonis. We're too young, I'm too young, as selfish as it sounds."
"Shut up, Ky," he groans and I tense. "It's not selfish. I know you're young, you're only fifteen years old. I just let it slip out, I'm sorry. This is also an apology for next time, because I know I'll let it slip until we eventually do have a kid."
I shake my head and let my wings out and lift myself into the air, not waiting for Adonis. When I see him next to me, I start flying to New York. With our speed, we made it to New York night under an hour.
Send me straight to King Onyx's castle please.
A gold path is set out in front of me and we reach a black mansion, hidden in the scarce trees of Manhattan. Damn, this is way better than a castle.
"Don't land," I murmur to Adonis, as if the Vampires below can hear us.
He nods and I look around the mansion, trying to find a hole in their security. After about five or so minutes and not being able to find anywhere we can enter the house undetected, I sigh and start to fly down. I land in between the two Vampires guarding the front door, and before they can do anything, I knock.
The man grabs me and one puts me in a choke hold while the other tries to grab Adonis. My eyes narrow at the Vampire who is trying to restrain my mate before they widen again.
"I know you!" I yell, a smile on my face. "You're Lucien, right?" He nods. "So the person holding me must be Lionel." The grip around my neck loosens but I don't try to get out of his hold. "Nice to see you guys again."
"What are you doing here?" Lucien asks, a hand in Adonis's arm.
"We need to speak with King Onyx," I respond.
"Why do you need to speak with King Onyx?"
I roll my eyes. Déjà vu.
"You know that I need to warn him about the Hunters, but other than that, it is a matter between the King and us. If he decides to let others know, then you will find out," I respond, rolling my eyes.
