We stopped over at a park when Amelia asked for ice cream. Children gathered around the ice cream truck, smiling happily. Some that already had their ice creams and probably waiting for their friends happily licked theirs from the cone. Amelia ordered a vanilla ice cream with strawberry topping. I was expecting more considering she was young.

"What should I get for you beautiful couple?" The ice cream seller asked us. I looked back to see if he's talking to some couples behind us but there was no one there.

"You mean us?" I asked pointing at Hayden and I.

"Yeah. I could bring the couple's special." He said searching for something in his van. I laughed and opened my mouth to talk only that the words that came through weren't from me.

"We aren't a couple or anything so there will be no need for that." Hayden replied coldly and walked away.

I smiled at the man and ordered my chocolate ice cream with chocolate syrup, chocolate chips and sprinkles. I paid and went over to join Hayden on the bench.

"Hey. I was just-" He cut me short immediately.

"We can't be friends so don't even ask. We are just partners and that's it. After this whole case, we might not even see again." He said coldly not once looking up from his phone.

I bit my lips angrily as I stared at him. My fists balled up and I felt like punching the daylight out of him but I licked my ice cream to calm down. He was right anyway but just when I thought we could be friends, he said that. I called out to Amelia and we went back to the car and drove to the hotel.

I went to my room to get a quick shower and changed into black denim shorts and black top and went for a walk. Amelia was laying on the couch with Hayden.

"Amy, I'm going for a walk." I announced and left. I wasn't gonna talk to that cold fool. I thought about what he said back at the park. "Who does he think he is? Just because I wanted to talk to him he thought I wanted to be his friend. Grumpy fell-" My face met with a hard chest and I landed on the floor."Ow!" I winced. Why is it always my butt? I looked up to see a good looking guy smiling down at me.

"I'm sorry." He said and stretched out his hand. I took it and he pulled me up. I dusted my butt and smiled back at him.

"It's okay." I said.

"Stuart." He said smilingly and stretched his hand out this time for a shake.

"Camilla." I replied and took his hand.

"A beautiful name for a beautiful lady."

I blushed at his compliment. "Thanks."

"It's a shame I have to go now. We'll see later." He said and winked before leaving.

I won't be so bored here Afterall. I smiled to myself and continued on my tour. I stopped on a stairs and from there, I got a perfect view of the beach. Amelia and I should go there tomorrow if nothing comes up. I sighed and went back to my room after a few minutes of standing there.

"Thank God you're back." Hayden said immediately I got back inside. It was not as if he cared.

"Yeah. What?" I asked. I wanted to sound cold too and make him feel the burn but he didn't look bothered by the way I replied.

"Ashton already sent information about Daisy Dukes." He said.

"Kay." And with that I left for my room. Amelia was already sleeping so I just laid beside her and sleep soon took over.

The next morning, I woke up quite early and headed to the bathroom. I wore a black jumpsuit and gold belt around my waist. I bonded my hair and did a light make up. I wore my gold heels. I needed to look casual and cool because we were going undercover. I woke Amelia up and she went to shower. She came out dressed up in a purple gown.

"It took you long enough." Hayden said before turning to look at us. He looked at me from head to toe and smiled slightly before it turned to a frown.

"It's just seven so stop complaining." I replied and turned to face Amelia. "You look beautiful." I said with a smile and adjusted the purple bow on her hair.

"Why? Thank you." She tried mimicking the British accent and I laughed at the way that turned out.

We all headed to the car and I looked around if I could see Stuart. Hayden immediately hit the road as soon as we entered the car and I made a mental note to see him later. I switched on the radio and Yoga by Janelle Monae and Jidenna busted out through the speakers. Amelia and I sang along while Hayden grunted uncomfortably. I smiled to myself at his discomfort. Serves him right!

"You sing beautifully." Amelia said and I looked at her. Then I realized I was singing in public and I quickly covered my mouth. I never sang in front of people. Hayden was looking at me and smiling? He was actually smiling at me.

"Thanks Amy and Hayden, you should probably look at where you're driving to before you get us into an accident." I said earning an eye roll from Hayden. He muttered some inaudible words and I sighed to myself as I thought of my mum. I haven't spoken to her since I got here. I just hope she's fine. She'd probably be worried by now as to why I haven't called her but she wouldn't know my grumpy partner smashed my phone on the ground the very day we got here. I eyed Hayden again remembering how he had collected my phone and smashed it on the ground without thinking twice and he still haven't apologized. I'll deal with that later anyway.

He drove into the parking lot of a building and we got down from the car.
