Our laughter filled the room as we stared at the big screen in Hayden's house. It had been three months since that tragic fail at the wedding and Hayden was still recovering from his broken ribs. Ashton, Xena, Hayden and I were laying on a white bed watching how he and Ashton proposed to us about a month ago. You're surprised at how fast Ashton and Xena got engaged? Well, I was just as shocked. It turned out they were coursemates back at college and had a lot in common and she was actually Ashton's college crush, he just never had the courage to go meet her and ask her out. He finally grew up though.

Ravi was killed in that epic fight. Uncle killed some enemies too. Turned out he still had it in him and Hayden got two broken ribs from Ian's last shot. He almost died but thankfully he didn't. Ian's body was burnt and his ashes was scattered in a river just in case he resurrected from the dead. Mum and Aunt got a new hobby: pampering Amelia. I gave her back the diamond but Hayden said we should never mention why her mother died to her. Instead, we came up with the idea of adopting her after we're legally married.

Xena laughed at how Hayden knelt down and groaned and I had to tell him to stand up before his injury bled through his cloth again.

"We'll see how Ashton proposed, sweetie," Hayden said, pulling me closer to him on the bed. He was drawing circles on my exposed butt. I knew I shouldn't have worn his shirt when he insisted. We used the same duvet and I guess this was why he said each couple to their own duvet. I was enjoying it though.

"Don't call my fiancee that," Ashton said.

"But your fiancee has no problem with it," Hayden taunted.

"I have a problem with it though," I said.

"Oh babe, why so jealous?" Xena asked us. "Hayden darling, ignore them."

"Would you really be able to ignore me uh?" I asked.

"Darling..."

"Yes sweetheart. Who are you that can't be ignored?" Xena interrupted.

"Haha! You really have to keep those sweet names for me only," Ashton said to her.

"Since, you'll ignore me so easily, I can as well leave," I said and climbed out of the bed.

"Baby? You know I can't ignore you. It's Xena's fault," Hayden said.

"Oh-oh! Don't blame me for our mistake now Sugarplum," Xena said.

"You never learn do you?" Ashton grumbled.

"Camilla honey, baby, sweetie, apple pie, the love of my life, the vanilla and strawberry in my life, the sweetest of all honeys," Hayden praised as he followed me into the room.

"Stop it!" I heard Ashton laugh from back in the parlour. I sat on the bed, knowing fully well that Xena was tickling him again. That was one of her ways of getting him to forgive her apart from baking yummy pies, stripping, making his favorite meal, watching romantic movies with him, and the other crazy things she does.

Hayden knelt by the bed, holding my hand gently as he looked into my eyes. His wound only remained a little to heal so he could do many things now.

"I'm sorry babe. I won't ever do that again," He said.

"You keep saying that but you end up doing it again," I replied, feigning annoyance. Ashton and I weren't angry. In fact, whenever we started our own, he would either be carrying me around or we'll be holding hands which usually infuriated Hayden and Xena a lot more than this.

"I'm sorry," He said and stood up. "You know how much I love you don't you?"

"No," I shook my head like a five years old.

"I love you thiiiiiiiiiiisss biggggggg," He said, stretching his arms wide before bringing his head down to mine. "And I love your lips more than any other lady's own."

"Wait a minute, how many ladies have you kissed?" I asked.

"A lot. But I swear, it's only when we're on missions," He said.

"You sure?"

"Yes. And plus, yours is still the sweetest of them all."

Before I could reply, he crushed his lips against mine. The kiss was slow and passionate at first before it turned into a rough, hot saga. He carried me gently unto the bed and planted kisses on my neck down to my cleavage as he worked his hands around the buttons of the shirt one after another. I desperately needed his lips on mine again so I pushed his head up. His eyes shimmered under the light and he kissed my lips again. He was finally able to remove the shirt and I was left in my half bra and G-string pant. I pulled at his shirt, not caring if the buttons fell out and he laughed.

"Why do I feel like you came into this room for other reasons and not only because you were upset?" He teased.

"Maybe because I did," I said flirtatiously. "Now, let's not waste anymore time," I said and wrapped my legs around his waist as I dragged him down to me. He laughed and whimpered.

"Alright Dragon Lady, I'm still injured," He said. I didn't reply instead, I worked on removing his trousers while he threw the shirt somewhere and my hands were sweeping his firm broad back. He undid my bra and threw it somewhere too. Lights out.

I watched as he shifted on the bed, and kissed his chest. I never expected that the guy I hated so much when we first met because of his snobbish behavior would end up making me fall heads over heels in love with him.

It was funny because Amelia had predicted this once before and I had told her after the case, Hayden and I would forget each other. Turned out after the case, our life just began and I wasn't trading this life with him for anything.

Dad look, your little girl is all grown up and she's getting married soon. I know I always have your blessings with me. I love you. Rest in perfect peace.
