I had a hangover the moment I woke up. I lazily pulled my head backwards and looked around. Okay? This is not my room.
“I'm in...”
“You're awake.” Hayden said, coming out of the bathroom with only a towel around his waist.
“his room.” I whispered and swallowed. “Get into the bathroom or something. Can't you see a lady in here?” I snapped.
He laughed. “Just last night while I was changing you said you didn't want to miss out on the show.” He teased and I looked at him.
“Please tell me nothing bad happened last night. I'm basically in your room and on your bed so...”
“No need to worry. I didn't do anything although you couldn't quite control yourself. You know, you couldn't resist all these.” He said and pointed at himself. I noticed his damp deep brown hair and the way it fell on his eyes making him really hot.
“I was drunk Hayden.” I said although I was praying I didn't say anything stupid.
“It's not everytime you're drunk that you talk rubbish. You say the truth too. Like when you said I'm really handsome, hot and cute.”
I gasped. “I said those? What other lie did I tell you?”
He rolled his eyes. “We both know it's true though. And you even forced me to sleep next to you. ”
“I did that to? Seriously now! Did we maybe... You know...” I asked feeling a little embarrassed I was asking.
“Oh come on! You stylishly asked that earlier and I said no. Besides if we had done anything, I'm pretty sure you'd remember vividly.” He said and smirked.
I blushed at his comment. I don't know why. I mean, I'm meant to be annoyed but here I am blushing.
“God! You just added to my splitting headache.” I said and held my head.
“There's a glass of water and two tablets beside you.” He said and walked back into the bathroom with his clothes. I looked beside me and saw them. I sighed and used the medicines before falling back on the bed. I just hope I didn't do anything stupid apart from what he said.
“Are you just gonna lay there? Go get dressed.” He said. I grunted and raised my head up.
“Please don't start with me today. It's only because of you I'm in this condition.” I said.
“How's it my fault?” He asked innocently. “You were the one that said we should place a bet and a deal is a deal right?”
I hissed. “Just leave me alone.” I said and placed my head back on the pillow.
“I'm not holding you.” He said and smirked. I grudgingly stood up from his bed, raised my middle finger up at him and walked towards the door. He laughed. “I'm sure you'd love to do that.”
I looked at him and narrowed my eyes at him. “I hate you.” I said and existed the room with him laughing behind me.
“Finally! I thought you'd never wake up.” Amelia said.
“Can you and Hayden just stop taunting me?!” I went straight to the room and closed the door. My phone rang and I answered it without looking at the dialer.
“Hello?”
“Selena?”
Stuart! Or shall I call him Chris. That's the last person I want to talk to right now but I have to. Amelia can postpone all the fun till another week. I have to defeat this guy in his own game and tonight might just be the day.
“Hey Stuart. How ya doing?” I asked sounding cheerful.
“Selena. I only called to apologize for disappearing the last time we had breakfast together.” He said.
“Oh that! It's okay. I've forgotten all about it.” I replied.
“Really?”
“Yeah.”
“Okay. Uhm... Wanna have dinner with me tonight? That's if you're free.” He said.
Dinner...
“Okay.” I agreed.
“Alright. I'll pick you up by seven.” He said.
“Alright. It's a date.” I smiled.
“I guess. Bye.”
“Bye.” I hung up and went to freshen up. Once I was dressed, I laid on my bed and decided to play a game on my laptop.
“Camilla.” Amelia called, entering the room and closing the door beside her.
“Hey Amy.” I replied not taking my eyes off my game.
“Uhm... I was just thinking. When was the last time you spoke to Stuart?” She asked.
“Curious ay?” I paused the game and raised an eyebrow at her. I noticed she became tensed. “Just joking.” I said and laughed. She smiled too.
“Jokes apart.” She said.
“We just spoke like three minutes ago.” I said.
“Oh!” She exclaimed and came to sit on the bed. “What did he say?”
“Nothing much but I'm practically going on a date with him tonight.” I said putting air quotes on the date.
“No!” She exclaimed and I was taken aback. “I... I mean I don't think you should go.” She replied.
“O-kay? But I don't see anything bad in going. I just wanna end this hide and seek.”
“I have my reasons Camy. I don't think you should go.”
“What reasons?”
“Uhm...” She kept looking away. “I... I just don't see it as a good thing. I mean, we had breakfast together and he suddenly disappeared. That's suspicious. Not to talk of the fact that he lied to you about his name and all that.”
“But it's now clear he lied to cover up his identity and that's the only reason why I'm going on this date with him. Your reasons aren't valid enough Amy and I can take care of myself so you don't have to worry.” I assured her.
She looked frustrated but still nodded. “Where did he say you are going to?” she asked.
“He didn't mention that but I'm pretty sure it's the hotel's restaurant.” I said.
“uhm.” She nodded and looked on.
Fast-forward...
I got dressed in a long black gown with golden patterns on it. It had a very low back and high front. My breasts were covered with a black net so it was mainly to seduce Stuart. I took my black clutch too and wore my gold heels. I let down my hair and did smokey makeup. Time for Phase 2. A smirk came to my lips when I looked at myself in the mirror.
