When I stood up to go pack up, Ravi headed out with Xena. I remembered my purse was in her room so I turned around to call her attention but I noticed a mark on Ravi's neck. I narrowed my eyes. A star in a sun. It's probably just the sign they give their kids here or he had it tattooed himself.
Noticing his neck was open, he swiftly raised his collar and looked back as if to check if someone saw it. Then he locked eyes with me and smiled. I smiled too and watched them exist the house.
I heard Hayden call me so I rushed up the stairs.
“What is it?” I asked.
“You don't want to miss the plane do you? Go get your bags,” He said. It was more like an order.
“That is not an order is it?” I asked. He looked at me in confusion.
“Order?” He asked.
I waved him off and left to pick my luggage from Xena's room. After promising uncle, aunt and Xena, I'll be back, we left.

Hayden and I reached his house. It was a mansion. I wondered if it was only this job he had that he used to own this big a house. He put in the key and pushed the door open. I watched as a dog barked and ran to meet him by the door. He bent over with an heart melting smile stretched across his face. He hugged the dog tenderly and it barked and wiggled it's tail clearly happy to see it's master again. I smiled at the heartwarming scene.“Come in,” He said, looking back at me. The dog moved away from the door with his master. I stepped into the beautiful lemon painted inside. All the furniture were either orange or white and that just made me smile even more.
“You are gonna introduce me to this cute little thing right?” I asked and stooped to the dogs level.
“Wait! Orton...” He paused when I brushed the dogs fur with my hand and planted a kiss on his cute pink nose which the dog responded to with a friendly bark. “How come?” He asked.
“What?” I asked, turning my head to him but my hands were still on the dog.
“Orton usually isn't friendly with other people,” He said.
I laughed. “You should know by now. I'm loved by everyone,” I said with a wink.
He rolled his eyes slightly. “You wish. Orton come to me,” He called. But the dog stayed with me instead. I laughed. “Orton!” He called again. “Fine! Stay with her. I just hope she feeds you and baths you and take you for a walk and don't come complain to me later on when lazy bones here doesn't do all that,” He said.
“You're being petulant right now,” I said with a small laugh. “It's just a dog and he clearly loves me more that he loves you so deal with it,” I added.
He mimicked what I said and made a funny face at me which I laughed to. “I'm sure Orton wouldn't mind showing you to your room and getting you some food to eat too,” He replied as walked away.
“Hey!” I stood up and chased him further into the house. “This is your house! Come give me a room to stay!”
“Ask Orton for that!” He replied.
“Darn it, you fool!” I insulted and barged into his room. But he was undressed when I walked in. We stared at each other in shock before I turned around and closed my eyes.
“Woman!” He exclaimed.
I cussed underneath my breath but I couldn't get the image of his muscles and abs off my mind.
“You can turn around now,” He said.
“Are you sure?” I asked.
“I'm not the one who barged into a guy's room without knocking,” He replied.
“Who knew it only took you a second to be clad?” I bit back. Then I regretted even replying him. I was still at fault anyway.
“Isn't this my room?” He asked.
“Must you reply a question with another question?” I asked.
“I'm just following in your footsteps milady,” He replied.
I turned around without knowing he was directly behind me so I hit my head hard on his chest and staggered backwards. He held my waist to steady me.
“Is your chest made of rocks or something?” I asked, holding my head.
“I don't know but my heart beats hard against it for someone and thank goodness it's that hard else my heart would have been lying on the floor now,” He replied. Only then making me notice how close we were.
This never ends well Camy, My brain reminded me.
I quickly pushed away but instead he went falling backwards on the bed with me on top of him and his hand still on my waist.
This shouldn't be happening, Camy. Focus on trying to forget him.
“I don't know if you would want this but I want it so badly,” He whispered. His breath fanned my neck making my head spin.
“What?” I whispered back.
“Forgive me if this doesn't go with your principles,” He said.
I was still confused at what he wanted to do. I knew more than to expect a kiss from him. I wouldn't be disappointed if he brought up something else and pretend like we weren't just almost getting intimate a second ago.
But to my utmost surprise, the thing which I said and thought he couldn't do was what he did. He crushed his lips on mine and bit my lips to gain entrance. I was still in a trance unable to absorb what was happening.
You're kissing freaking Hayden!!!!!
I slowly parted my lips and only when I felt his tongue in my mouth getting intertwined with my tongue did I come back to my senses. So I did what have always wanted to.
I kissed him back and man it felt so good!
