Nag-aabang si Sharalyn ng taxi sa labas ng Castell Subdivision. Makikipagkita kasi siya kay Dristhi na siyang wedding coordinator nila ni Venom dahil sa wedding video nila.
She was busy looking for a taxi when her phone rang. "Hello! Dristhi" she said the moment she answer the call.
"Hello! Mrs. Forbes. I'm on my way now" Dristhi said.
"Baka malate ako ng dating. Wala pa kasi akong nakikitang taxi para masakyan, eh" aniya habang palinga-linga.
"No worries. I can wait."
"Thank you" she thanked her.
"No problem. Let's just see each other later. Bye" Dristhi said.
"Bye" then she end the call.
"Ano ba 'yan! Wala man lang kahit isa man lang na taxi na dumaan ngayon" maktol niya habang palinga-linga sa paligid.
She frowned when she saw a car stop right in front of her. The window go down and she saw Zachary.
"Get in" Zachary said and open the door for her even though he's still on his car.
Hindi na nag-alinlangan na sumakay siya sa sasakyan nito. "Pasensiya ka na kung maaabala kita ngayon" aniya.
"Nah. It's okay" Zachary said while smiling then start driving. "Saan ba ang punta mo ngayon?" Tanong niya habang nakatingin sa daan.
"Sa Ahmadi's Mall. May kikitain kasi ako doon" aniya na kinatango lang ni Zachary.
A long silence filled the car when she decided to break it. "Uhm. Wala ka bang pasok ngayon?"
"Meron" sabay sandaling tinignan siya nito. "Binisita ko kasi ang isang hotel na malapit dito sa Castell subdivision then nakita kita na parang naghihintay ng masasakyan."
"Naku! Pasensiya ka na talaga, Zach. Naistorbo pa tuloy kita" aniya na kinatawa naman nito.
"I told you that it's okay" he said while chuckling. "Anyway, alam ba ng asawa mo na aalis ka ngayon? Baka kasi bigla nalang kaming tawagan no'n at ipahanap ka."
She chuckled because of what she heard. "Ginagawa niya talaga 'yon?"
"Yeah. It's our brothers code. If one of us wants help then we need to be there" he said while focusing on the road.
"Matagal na ba kayong magkakaibigan?" Curious na tanong niya.
He nodded. "Yeah. We're friends since high school."
"I hope I have a lot of friends like you" she sadly said.
"You know what? You don't need a lot of friends just to be happy. Having a lot of friends means you have to understand each individualities. You can't call them your friends if you can't accept one of their personalities" he sighed. "We all have a bad side and we usually show it when we are mad. That's why, when you are looking for a friend, make sure you'll accept his or her imperfections."
