Hello, everyone, this story will be about a high school romance set in the suburbs of Chicago in 1988. Here's a quick disclaimer before I list the information of each character;

This story is a work of fiction, it is in no way real at all. In reality, the characters in The Breakfast Club, Pretty In Pink, or any of the movies listed below have never met, and never will. This is just a fan-made story, so please don't take it too seriously. The name of their high school in this story is Shermer High School like it is in The Breakfast Club.

This story is heavily influenced by the movies Dream a Little Dream 1 & 2, National Lampoon's Last Resort, License to Drive, The Breakfast Club, Hiding Out, The Burbs, Pretty in Pink, and The Golden Girls.  So there may be references to certain scenes in a few of these chapters.

With that being said, this story is inspired by those movies and that's all. I do not own anything besides the two main characters. Please note that none of the media or songs used in this story are owned by me and all credit goes to the rightful owners.

One more thing about some of the characters, they might be out of character to add more depth to them to fit the intended storyline. So, please don't think they're entirely like this, they have been dramatized on purpose.

To give an idea of the schedule for this story, it will most likely be every other week.  If not, that either means I haven't written the next chapter or I am simply to busy to publish it. The first three chapters of this story are pre-written, but every chapter after that will be newly written. 

The first three chapters take place on the same day, every chapter afterward will be a new day/week. Most chapters take place in Lux, the main characters, point of view. Occasionally a chapter might be switched to Veronica's point of view or other characters if needed.

Below is an introduction to the main characters of this story, other characters will be talked about or included but will not have an introduction like the others since they're not that important. Everyone in this story is 17 or 18 since they are all in their senior year of high school.

For this story, I will only have Andie in as a character, since her actress also plays Claire in the breakfast club, so it's less confusing for you all. Also, some other 80's actors will be included in this story as characters of their own.

Pictures of the characters will be above their names, with their information underneath. So it will be the picture or gif of the character first, then their name and info underneath, just to clarify.

Lux West (the main character):

-Fair-skinned, long black hair, brown eyes, freckles across her cheeks.
-Light makeup, slight mascara, and a small amount of lipgloss. She always wears one long cross earring on her ear. She wears a lot of chokers with her outfits, as well as rings and occasional necklaces.
- Loves horror films and fantasy movies.
- Huge David Bowie fan
- Prefers to wear darker clothing, typically black or gray.
- Wants to be a photographer.
-Originally from New York City, born and raised.
-Her best friend is Veronica, they grew up together. and her friend group is Veronica, Andie, Blaine, Duckie, and Bender.
-She is sarcastic, prefers to be alone and standoffish at first, but really sweet and welcoming once you get to know her.
-She lives with her father, mother, and her cat named Kitty, she also lives right next door to Veronica.
- Has a crush on Bender and Steff, develops feelings for another character later on. 

Veronica Evers (the second main character)  
-Neutral skin tone, hazel green eyes, medium-length brown hair, heavier makeup then lux but not extreme, always has either pink or a light-colored lipstick. 
- She is always wearing pink, and pastel colors. She has a lot of jewelry, mainly earrings, and necklaces.
-She's a big fan of Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra & a lot of other 50's artists. She also likes music that's a part of the '80s, just prefers 50's style music.
-Wants to be a singer, parents want her to be a psychologist since many of her family members are in that field or something similar.
-Overall really sweet, kind, and energetic. Veronica is overly dramatic, rambles a lot, and is very jumpy at times. Also known for dramatically clinging onto/throwing herself onto others. 
-Originally from New York City, born and raised.
-She doesn't like bender, they fight and bicker a lot.
-Her best friend is Lux, and she hangs out with Andie, Blaine, Duckie, Lux.
-She lives with her father, his girlfriend, and her younger sister, and she has a cat.
-Has a crush on both Duckie and Corey Haim.
-Feldman and Veronica have a really good bond, Feldman is seen as an older brother in Veronica's eyes it's the same with Blaine.
