Summary: You are Jax's twin sister and a carbon copy of Gemma. You are in charge when she is not around and you are always with Jax, it you see one you see the other. Juan is the newest prospect and you take him under your wings and tell the guys to back off teasing the him.

Shelly's POV
I am Jax's twin sister and a carbon copy of our mother, I get teased by the guys for being just like her and call me a ' Mother Hen' but I have to take care of my guys. They know I mean business when I am left in charge, and know not to piss me off.

Our newest Prospect is Juan Ortiz or Juice which for some reason Chibs has been calling him that. I think it came from one night of heavy partying and instead of JC which Juan was wanting to go by Chibs said Juice, so it kinda of stuck with him. He was a good guy, he came from Queens, New York. He was running from the Mob, an excellent computer hacker and a good mechanic so his skills came to help him become a Prospect.

My mom was off doing whatever she does, most like being the nosey women like she always is and I am in charge. It was lunch time and we were sitting around just joking, just enjoying the quiet time the Club has been experiencing lately. Whenever you seen saw Jax you saw me, even on runs if they were an easy one. I wasn't a Member or even an Old Lady but still occasionally went with them.

Here lately I have been noticing them teasing Juice a lot more lately, I usually don't get involved but I noticed Juice would laugh but when the guys weren't looking he would look defeated. It was mainly Tig, he means well but he can go over board with it if you didn't tell him to stop. I need them to stop or we will end up losing a potential Member and we need the body's.

" Guys quit picking on the Prospect so much, it's getting out of control and it's pissing me off. I usually don't step in but I am now, it stops now or I will put my size six boot up your asses. Understood?"  I asked with my hand on my hip and waiting for a response.

" Yes Mother Hen." All the guys said in unison and laughing at the same time.

" Smart asses." I said as I walked away.

Little did I know Juice was watching me stand up for him and he thought why would she be standing up for him?

Juice's POV

I was watching from inside the garage, it was lunch time but I decided to just work, the guys especially the asshole Tig was teasing me more and more. I usually don't mind it but it was bothering me and making my anxiety go through the roof. But what surprised me was the fact Shelly stood up for me, the most beautiful women I have seen in my life. Standing up for me, I need to ask her why.

I went to look for her, I seen her go into the Clubhouse most likely doing inventory because she was like Gemma she kept the Club running. They are the backbone of the Club, the glue that held us together. This place would fall apart without them, she was fierce don't dare ever to cross her. But at the same time she was so sweet and kind, gave you the shirt off her back or her last dollar in her pocket.

" Hey Shelly, I have a question for you."
" What is it Juan?"

Man when she called me Juan my heart raced, she was killing me. I can't think straight around her, she was something else.

" Why did you stand up for me? Not that I ain't ungrateful but why?"
" Because those boys get out of control and every once in a while they need to be put in check. You are a great guy and I hate to see you leave, I see potential in you."
" But won't that make it worse? Think I am weak?"
" No it won't make it worse and no it won't make you look weak, if anything you are brave. You came here to us and you showed us what you can do. You showed them you are a Son material, the teasing won't stop but it will get better. You'll see."

I told him hoping to ease his fears, he was a great guy. He was very handsome as well, I never looked at these guys as only brothers, uncles or fathers but not him, he was different.

Wow Shelly surprised me with what see said, she said I was Son material. I have potential, she made me feel a whole lot better. Only if I was brave enough to tell her how I felt about her, I really like you have since she took me under her wings. I know Chibs was my sponsor but Shelly was my go to person when things got bad inside my head or the Club.

Shelly's POV

I went on making sure we had enough supplies because we would be having another party soon, had to get the girls to clean all the sheets, I have to call the plumber because the men's bathroom toilet was over flowing again thanks to Piney. I was so into my thoughts I didn't hear my brother talking to me, until I seen hands waving in front of me.

" Earth to Shelly, you there?"
" Sorry deep in thought. What was you asking?"
" Why was you sticking up for Juice? You never get involved because you never do. You like him don't you?"
" Maybe, I don't know. I know I feel differently around him. I don't see him like I see everyone else. He makes me feel like we are the only ones around."
" Well after we Patch him in, go for it. I see nothing wrong with him. I like him and I know dad would too."

I thanked Jax for the talk and went to find Juice. I need to talk to him. I need to get this off my chest. I need to tell him how I feel and hope he feels the same way too. I don't want the feelings one sided.

I found him cleaning the bathroom poor guy.

" Hey Juan I need to tell you something and hope the feelings are mutual. I like you, have since you came here. That is why I stood up for you today, I have feelings for you. I feel like we are the only ones in the room. I fe..." I am cut off with a kiss, and wow it was magical.

" I like you too, and when I patch in I am making you mine."
I nodded in agreement and kissed him again and was willing to wait for that day.
