Summary: You are Jax's Ex Girlfriend, it was a mutual agreement you wanted to go to School and he wanted the Club so you left but on good terms but now you need Jax more than ever, will he come or will he not?

Shelly's POV

I was dating a guy named Jackson Teller before I went to school to become a Lawyer, he wanted to Prospect for his dad's Club but the distance was so far away you both decided to end it on good terms and he said if you ever needed him he was a phone call away. You had kept in contact over the years and he told you he made VP of the Club and you were so proud of him, but now you needed him more than ever.

You just moved back to California but in Oakland because you landed a great job at a big time Law Firm and it is where you met Ben, you guys started out as friends and over the course of the year you two grew close and decided to move in together. BIG MISTAKE, he changed and not in a good way. We ended up moving to Lodi because of a better job offer and at first I didn't want to because of my job in Oakland but he told me it was better.

It started out with small things like he wanted things in certain places and placed in certain way, wanted the clothes in the closet hung a certain way and so many centimeters apart, he actually measured it to make sure.

He wanted you to stop working and when you told him no he hit you, smacked you so hard across the face it made your vision blur for a second and he immediately apologized and you told him if he ever did it again you were leaving, your mom suffered spousal abuse for years and you weren't going to be a victim. Then you found out your were pregnant and he wanted you to get rid of it but you refused, so he hit you again but this time you fought back and shot him.

You called the one person you knew would help you and unfortunately stopped talking to because of Ben, he didn't want you to speak to Biker Trash and if he caught you he would kill you but you needed him now more than ever but didn't think he would take the call.

In Charming

I was sitting here in the Clubhouse smoking a cigarette when a number popped up I haven't seen in a year and was shocked to say the least, I haven't heard from Shelly and actually missed talking to her but why is she calling me?

" Hello."

" Jax I need you."

Her voice was shakey, sounds like she has been crying.

" Shell whats wrong?"

" I shot Ben."

Damn she did what, not little innocent Shelly she wouldn't harm a fly.

" What do you mean you shot Ben?"

" I told him I was pregnant and he told me to get rid of 'IT' and I said no and he hit me, I shot him Jax."

" Ok where are you?"

" Lodi, moved here about a month or two ago."

She gave me the address and told her Tig, Happy and Juice was coming as well as Gemma because she couldn't be on the back of my bike in her condition. We made it to her house and walked in, she was sitting by his body in shock, I walked over to her and bent down to her level and she was staring into nothing.

" Shelly baby I need you to look at me."

" I shot him Jax, oh my god I'm going to jail and this baby is going into the system."

" No you aren't going to jail ok, Tig and Happy are disposing of the body and Juice will clean up the mess."

" What if someone comes looking, what about the Law Firm?"

" We will work out the details later."

She agreed and got into moms car and went to Charming to the Clubhouse for her safety as we took care of Ben, Juice made it look like he put in his notice for work and left to go 'Find himself' and packed up his stuff in his car and took it out in the middle of nowhere.

We all went back to the Clubhouse and mom told me Shelly was sleeping and was in my room, so I went to check on her and when I walked in she was sleeping with one of my shirts and she looked so damn sexy in it, I had missed her so much but we both agreed to breakup because she knew the Club was in my blood and wouldn't give it up for anything. She was an great Old Lady and I will make her mine and raise this baby as my own.

I got out of my clothes expect my boxers and climbed into bed and she immediately cuddled into my side like that is where she belonged and to be quit honest she was the only one I wanted by my side, no women compares to her, I picture this so many times kids, a house with a dog and her by my side as my Queen.

When we woke up the next day we talked about everything and she wanted as well but Ben told her she wasn't allowed to talk to me or I was going to die and her as well, I wish I had been the one to kill him, torture him for what he did to her but he was gone and I was happy. She agreed to be my Old Lady and would get my Crow after the baby was born.

Turns out we were having a boy and he looked just like his mom and funny thing looked like me too, blue eyes and all so I could easily pass him off as mine and he was no matter what and was next in line for the Gavel just like me, gave her my Crow and had more kids afterwards, we got a girl and then another boy.

No one came looking for Ben and I was grateful for that, she was still a Lawyer but for the Club, expect when it was me, she had partnered with a friend in Oakland and she represented me or my mom if it came up. The Club was in a good place and for once I wasn't stressed or worried for her and my kids to venture out without me. I got my women back all because she needed me and I was thankful for it.
