This is another crossover but this time with NCIS and the Sons, doesn't follow any time line of either shows. I own no rights to either one, only my OC's.

Summary: You are a former agent of NCIS, you were dating Anthony Dinozzo one of your team members. It broke one of Gibbs rules but he let it slide, but you had been shot and decided to break it off with Tony and get away from the team, DC everything. You end up in Charming and meet the Sons. You end up dating Felip Telford and then the team shows up because of a dead sailor they had been chasing you see Tony after breaking up with him and sees you have moved on, will he accept it or try to win you back?

I am Former Agent Maggie Sims of NCIS in Washington DC, I joined the team after retiring from the Marines and I liked it. I got along with everyone on the team especially Special Agent Anthony Dinozzo but it was one of Agent Gibbs rules to never date a team member so we snuck around until he caught us and we explained it to him and told Gibbs we could separate business life from personal life.

Now everyone thought I had a thing for Gibbs but they had that wrong it was always Tony who was constantly flirting with me.

" Hey Sims?"

" Yes Dinozzo?"

" Did you fall from heaven?"

" No I crawled out of hell."

" So witty."

" One of many aspects of me Tony."

" True Maggie go to dinner with me."

" I am not breaking one of Gibbs rules."

" Nothing wrong with two co-workers having dinner together."

" Ok, hey McGee?"

" Yeah Mags?"

" Come to dinner with me and Tony."

" Oh no I am not getting into the middle of it."

Well we went to dinner and we started to date. We snuck around for weeks before Gibbs got suspicious and followed us and asked us.

" You two dating?"

" Yes Gibbs we are and we are sorry for breaking two rules one dating a co-worker and two never apologize but we can separate business life from our personal life's."

He agreed to it but any hint of the two becoming an issue and it was done between us, little did I know our relationship was going to be over sooner rather than later. Couple of months I was shot during a chase, he got me right in the head. A few inches more and it would have been lights out, it was that day I realized I needed to change my life and go find myself.

" What do you mean you are breaking it off with me and quitting NCIS?"

" Tony being shot at and it was inches away from being gone forever scared the hell out of me."

" I understand that but you don't have to leave DC."

" I need to distance myself from everyone and everything."

He told me he understood and so did the team and Abby told me to call her all the time, hell they all did. I turned in my badge, my issued side arm and Gibbs told me I always had a job here, they all kissed me good bye and I was off. I drove cross country and it was so beautiful, the time by myself was what I needed. Five days later I made it to California and called Abby the whole time like she asked me told her I was ok, they whole team was relieved.

I stopped in a small town named Charming, it reminded me of Mayberry it never came out of the fifties but I liked it. I pulled over into a gas station to stretch and get gas and something to eat, I needed to find a job I mean I had money but I didn't want to blow through all my savings. I didn't want law enforcement or anything like that, maybe a bartender or work in a office or be a waitress.

I landed a job at a little diner called Hannah's, I liked it because it wasn't fast paced or demanding. Who thought a former agent would be a waitress? I loved the job and the people I worked with.

" Honey you are so good at this."

" I was a waitress before I joined the Marines."

I had found a small two bedroom house and it was nice, fenced in backyard. It was in walking distance to work, I could get use to this. Told Abby I had found a place to live and a job she was happy for me. Tony was constantly asking about me and Abby told him I was ok. Now Ashley told me about the Sons who were a local biker club here in Charming, they weren't bad guys by any means just rowdy.

I was intrigued by this but wasn't going to go look for myself I was a former federal agent and my experience biker clubs tend not to like feds, I wasn't the kind to investigate clubs but still so I kept my head down and did my job then went home to my dog Rocky my German Shepherd and that was pretty much my life and I liked it.

Little did I know my life was about to change, it was my day off and I went exploring the town because haven't much time to see much of it, between working or taking care of Rocky who I took with me because I still didn't feel comfortable carrying my gun, I found a ice cream shop called ' Scopes' so I walked in,

" Excuse me is it ok to bring in my dog? I know he isn't a service animal but it is too hot to keep outside."

" Sure doll it's ok, beautiful breed. Tig's the name."

" Hi I am Maggie and this is Rocky."

I sat at the table and order some ice cream and they got a dish of water for Rocky and Tig was talking to me when I saw a man walk down the stairs and he caught my attention. He was gorgeous with his scars on his face and walked with so much confidence, I was so intrigued by him.
