+Stephanie's Pov+
I woke up to food cooking and it smelled absolutely delicious. I got ready for the day then headed on my way to Haidyn's room. I smiled when I still seen her asleep in her crib. I kissed her forehead then went downstairs. I seen Gus without a shirt on and a rag draped over his shoulder. He was whipping something up in a bowl and I just watched him. He looked so sexy. He then seen me and smiled.
"Good morning baby. Everyone left so it's just me, you and Haidyn. I was figuring we could have bacon sandwiches with eggs and fruit for breakfast."
He started pouring the eggs in the sizzling pan and I sat at the counter. Still watching him just move all around the kitchen.
"Babe?" "Hm?" "You know you look totally hot cooking me breakfast?" "Good. I'm glad you like the view."
I smiled then while he was working with the eggs he started talking.
"Orange juice or coffee princess?" "I'll take orange juice." "Okay."
Once the eggs were done he started making plates for me and him. Once he was done he set my plate in front of me. I started eating and he sat next to me eating his food. Everything tasted so good. I felt like Gus was really starting to learn the way of my mother. I then heard Haidyn crying upstairs. Gus started getting up but I sat him back down.
"I'll get her. You eat."
I went upstairs to get her and I held her in my arms.
"Shhhhh. It's okay little babies. Mommy's here."
I started rocking her then went downstairs. I gave her to Gus and started making her a bottle. As I was shaking the bottle up Gus had Haidyn laying on his shoulder and she looked so comfy. Once I was done making the bottle I grabbed Haidyn and held her so she could drink it. Gus continued eating his food and I smiled slightly.
"So, once I'm done eating, I was thinking I'd go to the store to get things for us and all our friends to have dinner tonight." "What were you thinking?" "I don't know. I was wondering if you could help me find something everyone would eat but we also are full afterwards." "What about homemade chinese food?" "What are you thinking?" "My mom has a killer recipe for her signature chicken fried rice and orange chicken." "That's perfect." "Can I help you cook?" "No. I wanted to try it by myself this time." "Okay."
I smiled at him proudly and realized he was done with his food. He put his dish away in the sink and came back towards me and Haidyn. I set Haidyn's bottle aside and let Gus take her.
"You wanna come with daddy?"
She started balling her fists up against her mouth so Gus just put her back on his shoulder. She started going back to sleep, too. I smiled at my little bundle of sleepiness and Gus went upstairs to get him and Haidyn dressed. Once he came back downstairs after awhile, Haidyn was strapped to his chest and he had his keys in hand.
"We will be back baby." "Okay. I'll see you guys later."
He kissed me then went on his way. I smiled to myself and finished my food. When I was done I put my dish in the sink and decided I'd draw something. I went to me and Gus's room and grabbed my notepad then started drawing.
+Small Time Skip+
In the middle of while I was drawing and singing to Gus's song Down For You, I heard the door open downstairs. I went down but the person who came through the door wasn't Gus. The person closed the door behind them and I automatically ran back upstairs. Before I could get all the way up though the person grabbed my foot which made me fall. He brought me back down then fisted my hair.
"Where do you think you're going?" "Get the fuck out of my house."
He pushed me to the floor and I tried getting away again. He ended up launching me over the couch but I rolled so he ended up crashing into the glass coffee table. He got back up after only a second and I was back on my feet. I started running for the front door and got to it but then he knocked me against it and threw me away from it by my hair. I groaned in pain on the ground and he grabbed me by the legs. I started kicking as hard as I could and I didn't stop for anything. He slapped me in the face as hard as he could which made me stop struggling for a second. I then got back into attack mode and I started trying to punch him in his face. He grabbed me by the arms then grabbed my head and smashed it on the floor. He did it a second time and I started feeling woozy. Then I heard a pants buckle being undone and my legs opening.
"Too bad your husband isn't here to see this."
I punched him in the throat and he groaned in pain but also backed off which gave me the advantage to get away from him again. I grabbed the lamp from another one of the tables in the living room that was against the wall and smashed it on the guys head. Mind you I was still a little woozy so it wasn't as easy as imagined. I kept holding my head while he laid passed out on the floor. I ripped the cord of another lamp out of the wall and brought it over to the guy. I smashed it right in his face then went to go get Gus's gun. I knew he didn't take it with him only because he was with Haidyn. I came back downstairs and looked down on the disgusting waste of space right below me. I sat on the couch and waited for him to wake back up.
+Bexey's Pov+
Me and Emily were back at Stephanie's house and I couldn't wait to lay down somewhere and be lazy. We got to the front door and I knocked. Stephanie opened it after awhile then we came in. We followed her into the living room and I looked all around in shock.
"Stephanie...what happened here? And who is he?"
I looked to the guy passed out on the floor and couldn't take my eyes away.
Stephanie looked down at him and tapped the gun twice that was in her hand.
"The poor bastards been passed out for awhile now. But I'm not gonna shoot him just yet. I wanna torture him so he can feel what I felt."
She sat back on the couch casually and I looked to Emily. Emily sat next to her and I dialed Gus.
