+Stephanie's Pov+
I was out with Miles since we decided to go out earlier than 5 and so far we were having an amazing time. We had gotten ice cream, hung out at the beach, danced in front of strangers, planked on a couple of things and got pictures, visited some stores, ate some food. We had done lots of stuff and he was really nice to hang out with.
"So, is there anything else I should do here before I leave?" "Well, I guess there's something else we could do." "What is it?" "Cmon."
We went to get in Miles' car and I told him directions to a place I'd never even shown Jamie. Once we got there we got out of the car and I covered Miles eyes. I took him to where I wanted him to go and I smiled once we got to it.
"Hey, I hope you're not leading me to my death." "Maybe I am." "Okay. But just don't kill me quickly. I have a few words before I go."
I laughed a little bit then uncovered his eyes. He looked around and smiled.
"Stephanie..this is cool. Have you shown anyone else this place?" "Nope. I used to come here when I needed to be completely alone. When I needed to be high alone. When I just-." "Needed to be yourself for just a minute..completely yourself with no judgement from anyone unless it's from yourself.." "Yeah...speaking from experience?" "Maybe.."
I smiled and he smiled back at me.
"So..what now?" "I'm not sure." "Dance with me." "There's no music." "Okay."
He pulled out his phone and played the Or Nah remix featuring The Weeknd. He turned it up loud and set it on the small desk.
"Now there's music." "Yeah. Very inappropriate music Mr.Miles." "So? We're both adults."
I started blushing a little.
"Fine."
I put my hand out and he grabbed it then pulled me up right into him.
"We'll see if you can keep up with me." "Please. Keep up with me."
I started us off and after that we moved in nothing but complete sync.
+Miles Pov+
Stephanie had me under a spell. I knew she was married but I wanted more. She didn't even know that I liked her. She didn't understand how I looked at her. She didn't understand how being around her made me feel good. Her scent, her eyes that said more than anything else, her energy, her everything. As we danced in this space I wanted nothing more than to take her in my arms and hold her like no one else. I wanted to kiss her lips because they looked so soft and heavenly. After awhile I was knocked out of my thoughts because the song ended.
"I wasn't expecting you to actually keep up." "Well too bad. I did."
I backed off her and she grabbed my phone. She played a different song then we sat down together.
"So..I have a question?" "Ask me." "What made you fall in love with Gus? Or..how did you know that you loved him."
"Well..I'd say I got lucky." "What do you mean?" "I mean that...I got lucky with him..he should probably be married to someone else right now but he chose me..he seen something in me that no one could see I guess and I loved that about him." "I can't wait.."
She looked toward me and smiled slightly.
"Then come on."
She stood up and reached out her hand to me.
"Where?" "We're going out. To somebody's club and we're gonna find you somebody." "Are you serious?" "Dead serious." "What about Gus?" "What about him? He knows where I am and he knows he can truss me." "Alright."
I slapped my hand in hers and we went to get back into my car.
"Let me drive." "Fine."
I threw her the keys and we got into the car.
"Where are you taking me?" "On a field trip."
She pulled off and I smiled.
+Lil Peep's Pov+
I was playing with Haidyn when Tracy came into the room. He closed the door behind him and sat on the bed.
"Gus." "Yes?" "Am I crazy?" "No? Why are you asking me that?"
He set a box next to me and I looked at him confused. I opened it and there was a diamond ring.
"Tracy are you..are you proposing to me?"
He hit me in the arm and I laughed.
"But seriously, this for Jamie?" "It is..I think she's the one Gus.." "Well, I'm just gonna say this..you have to be completely sure about this." "I am..I'm sure. And I wanna propose to her tomorrow.." "You been drinking?" "I'm completely sober."
He looked at me and he definitely was sober.
"Alright. How are you gonna do it?" "I don't know..help me." "Well, when I proposed to Stephanie I didn't have a whole party or anything, I asked her in this room. Meaning you should do better than me. Give Jamie something she'll always remember. Personally I'd go with the scavenger hunt type of thing where she has to find you first." "What happens when she finds me?" "You play her favorite song in a room that's all made up, just for her. You're dressed to your best. I'm thinking something all red and you have a burning red rose in your hand. Waiting for her to come get it then you disappear into another room and she has to follow you for awhile. Once she gets to where you are again you sneak up on her and take her into your arms. Then after that, it's time for the proposal." "I see. Do you think she'll like all that?" "I think she'll love it." "Okay. I'll see what I can get together before tomorrow. I could really use Stephanie's help." "I'll call her and see where she is." "Okay. Thanks Gus." "You're welcome." "And if it makes you feel any better, I think Stephanie was just happy you proposed to her." "Maybe."
He smiled at me slightly and I started to call Stephanie as he walked out of the room.
+Stephanie's Pov+
Me and Miles were partying hard on the dance floor at some underground club and I was actually having a lot of fun. Miles definitely wasn't boring. I then noticed my phone was ringing in my pocket and someone tapped me.
"Hey. Can I borrow him for a second?"
I looked at Miles and smiled.
"He's all yours."
She smiled and they started dancing with each other. I went to answer the phone call in a place where it was quieter.
Me: Hello?
Peep: Hey. Where are you?
Me: I'm at some underground club called Club Apollo.
Peep: With Miles?
Me: Yeah. I was trying to help him score a date.
Peep: When are you coming home?
Me: I don't know. Probably after I come from here.
Peep: Probably?
Me: Yes. I promise I'm not doing anything bad and you can trust me.
Peep: Okay. Well..I'll see you when you get home.
Me: Okay. I love you Gus.
Peep: I love you too, baby. And by the way Tracy's proposing to Jamie tomorrow.
Me: Wait what?!
Peep: Byeeee.
He hung up on me and I looked at my phone in shock. I then went back to Miles and couldn't take my mind off the fact that my best friend was getting proposed to tomorrow.
