I smiled, placing another kiss on his lips.
"just stay with Aya, in the living room. I'll he back soon." He assured me.
"nigga, we got to go!" Stokeley yelled.
"aight, aight." Jahseh shook his head.
Jahseh grabbed something else, of the bed, making me crawl under him, so I could look him in the eyes. He seemed aggravated, as if he didn't want to leave.
I lifted his chin up, making me look at me.
"be safe, okay?" I asked him.
"yeah." He said lowly.
I kinda felt weird. For some reason I really didn't want him to go. I had this bad feeling that something was gonna happen.
Usually, when I got this feeling, something bad did happen.
I didn't know what was gonna happen , and if it would involve me or Jahseh. But it's better to be safe than sorry, right ?
Jahseh was about to get up and leave the room, when I hopped up and grabbed his arm.
"Jahseh." I tugged him.
"what?" He asked, turning back around as Stokeley stood on the outside of the door.
"I don't think you guys should go." I assured him.
"why not?" Jahseh asked me, tilting his head.
"Nessa, it's aight, we've done this plenty of times before. " Stokeley crossed his arms.
"no but...I have this bad feeling." I looked between the two of them.
"Nessa, its aight. We'll be good." Stokeley put his hands up, about to walk away.
Jahseh just looked between me, and Stoke.
"how much did he order?" Jahseh asked him.
"he didn't even tell me, he was just like 'I'll pick how much when y'all get here'" Stokeley mocked a deeper man voice.
"nigga, you know how weird that sounds ?" Jahseh turned to him.
"ion know man, money is money." Stokeley shrugged.
"please don't go." I begged Jahseh.
"why not, if we take the whole gang, we'll be aight. Even if they try to attack or some bullshit like that." Stokeley pouted.
"It could be a setup." Jahseh looked at him.
They began to argue, now.
"Vro come on, let's just give em the drugs, get our money and go." Stokeley explained.
"it's not always that easy vro." Jahseh leaned back on the doorway.
Now, I was just standing there. Not wanting to say anything.
"you really gon turn pussy, just because the nigga ain't ask for an exact amount." Stokeley furrowed his eyebrows, making Jahseh look at him.
"the nigga ain't ask for an exact, anything... I'm just thinking smarter ski, not turning pussy." Jahseh shook his head, pulling his hoodie over his head.
Jahseh tossed the hoodie on his dresser, before walking down the stairs.
"Stokeley. Just think about it. That doesn't sound fishy to you ?" I asked him.
He just stared at me, before looking down. He didn't say anything, making me just shake my head, walking down the stairs to follow Jahseh.
He was sitting on the couch, with his phone in his hand. I sat beside him, feeling a little better now, knowing that he wasn't going.
"I'm sorry, Jahseh... I'm really not trying to get in the way of what you guys are doing." I told him, sitting beside him.
"I'm not mad, baby. You just told me how you feel. Which Is what I want you to do." He assured me, throwing his arm over me.
That forced me closer to him, as I laid my head on his shoulder.
"always tell me how you feel, aight ?" He asked me, rubbing his fingers through my scalp.
"mhmm." I nodded, laying down on his chest, as he kissed my forehead.
