Jude tapped his foot anxiously as he waited for passengers to disembark the plane. He discarded different people who had taken the flight that'd gotten in ‪at midnight‬.

Unfortunately Yuria's flight had had a connecting flight.

Suddenly a brunet head bobbed between business suits. Jude's heart lifted and he stood to the side to see better. The slim girl walked by and his hand snaked out and grabbed her arm.

She freaked out but he quickly reassured her. "Yuria! It's me! It's Jude!"

Yuria clapped a hand to her heart before throwing her arms around his neck. She cried heavily.

He hugged her to him tightly. "It's okay, Yuria. You're safe now."

W.W.W.

Jude opened the front door and let Yuria in first.

Marcy popped up from where she had been sitting on the steps. "Yuri!"

Yuria ran to embrace her, crying again.

Marcy hugged her like Yuria was one of her children. "You're safe."

Those words were music to her ears. Yuria knew if anyone could save her and keep her safe, it was Marcy.

"How many bags did you bring?"

"A lot." Yuria shuddered.

Marcy smirked. Yuria packed like Quinn. "Jude, can you get Mal to help you while I get her settled in?"

Jude nodded. "Sure thing, brah."

W.W.W.

Marcy blinked in surprise when she saw Yuria hovering on the edge of the kitchen. "Hey? Good morning."

Yuria peeked in. "Good morning."

"Come sit." Marcy set a plate of French toast on the table and introduced everyone.

Yuria sat down and smiled timidly.

Mal kept his frown to himself. This girl had been hurt. He knew that haunted look. His wife's was just starting to go away and Jude's still resided in his eyes. "How did you sleep?"

"Very well, thank you." Yuria lied.

Marcy knew she was lying. "Eat up. We're going to the park today."

The twins cheered, making the adults chuckle and Riley cry.
