Eliza went into the janitor's closet, where the note said Mal was waiting for her. "Mal?"
Marcy closed the door and locked it.

"Did you hear what happened to Eliza Parker?" Was the rumored question whispered throughout the halls of McKinley.
Sources said that she was found by a custodian, beaten severely.
Ambulances, fire trucks and police cars crowded the student parking lot and people were being interviewed. No one knew anything for sure and the girl simply had too many enemies.
Sophie and Cammi were near inconsolable.
"I can't believe this." Was whispered.
Along with, "She deserved it.".
And, "But who was it and who's next?".

"Just tell the truth." Daisy smirked. "You beat Eliza within an inch of her life."
"That's rude." Marcy frowned. "That girl's fighting for her life and you're making jokes?"
"Making jokes? I'm serious. I know you did it."
"Daisy..."
"Well I don't want you to do it to me so I'm going to shut up."
