"I have to tell you you're not dilated enough for an epidural." The on call obstetrian shook his head.
"That's not fair!"
"Just munch on your ice. You'll be dilated sooner than you know."

It took twenty three hours for her to be fully dilated yet like Marcy and Laura but unlike Santana she was too scared to have an epidural (Brittany had been too late).
