"I can't believe this!" Karou bit off.
Marcy smiled. "Hater."
Paris pouted. "No fair!"
Marcy hummed lightly.
Karou and Paris were upset because all three were nominated for Prom Queen but an online poll suggested that Marcy was the forerunner.
"You know this is as many Prom Queens that have ever been nominated." Marcy pointed out.
Along with the three cousins, Karen, Daisy, Santana, Brittany, Quinn, Mercedes and Sophie. Not nearly as many guys were nominated for King. Puck, Mike, Finn, Mal, Rick, Vic and Stoner Brett.
"We should be grateful to be nominated." Paris nodded.
Karou gave her an evil look.
W.W.W.
"Where are you going?" Mickey asked again.
"Prom." Marcy told her again. "Do you remember prom from last year when Aunt Tina and Uncle Sam came over to eat dinner with us?"
Mickey nodded. "You're gonna be gone all night?"
"Basically."
Mickey pouted and crossed her arms. "I don't like prom!"
Marcy tried not to laugh. "You will one day."
"No way!"
"Okay." Marcy slipped her earrings in then stood in her full attire (sans shoes). "Are you guys ready yet?"
Karou fought with a lock of hair that wouldn't curl (having wavy hair). "Give me a second!"
Paris pulled her dress down her slim body. "I am ready."
"I am as well." Yuria smoothed out her wrinkles.
"I wonder if Mally is asking Mal and Jude so many questions." Marcy wrinkled her nose at her daughter, who did it back.
W.W.W.
"We're coming back." Mal said again as he finished tying his tie.
"When?" Mally demanded.
"You'll be asleep."
"Can we sleep in your bed?"
"No." Mal made that clear. He wanted to have fun with his wife.
Mally began crying.
"Namesake!"
Jude's lips twitched. "It's okay, Little Brah. Your mommy and daddy will see you in the morning and we get to go to church and have brunch with all of your aunts and uncles and your grandparents and stuff. Won't that be fun?"
Mally thought about it. "Can Stone sleep in my bed?"
Mal groaned. "Okay!"
Mally cheered. "Yay!"
"Let's go." Mal led the way out of the blond's room and went downstairs to put on their shoes. He texted Marcy on the way.
Seconds later, the girls came down the steps in all of their glory.
Mal whistled. "Look at you!"
Karou preened. "Love me!"
"Karou." Yuria was forever trying to curb her antics.
"This chick is shameful." Marcy put on her shoes.
Karou glared at her. "I am not!"
"Yeah, ya are. But I don't care. Get out. Go to your boyfriend. See if he likes you."
