"What the hell?" Marcy stared.
Karen licked her lips. "I'm so glad D isn't here to see this."
"Oh my..." Mari worried.
Santana couldn't take it anymore. Mr. Shue was making a mockery of her heritage and she wasn't going to take it any longer. She stood up and went. off.
Mr. Shue didn't understand why she was angry. And made the egregious mistake of admitting it.
She told him in no uncertain words why she was angry. She pointblank asked him why he even taught Spanish when he could barely speak it and knew so little of Hispanic culture.
With the entire glee club's eyes on him, including the night Spanish teacher and actual Latino, Mr. David Martinez, Mr. Shue had to admit that he'd only taken the Spanish teaching job because there had been no other positions open at the time.
Santana felt that was all that needed to be said.
W.W.W.
"Did you hear?" Daisy leaned against the locker next to Marcy's locker.
"You know I don't gossip, D." The green eyed lacrosse player raised a black brow.
"Your glee club advisor switched departments." Daisy smirked. "He's going to be teaching history now."
Marcy wondered if he was excited by or even knowledgable about historic events then decided it wasn't her problem. "At least Tana got her wish."
"Yeah but they're making everyone taking Spanish take an evaluation to be placed in their right classes."
"Not my problem. I'm not taking a language class."
"Why not?"
"They don't have the language I want."
Daisy grinned. "What language do you want?"
"Ancient Greek." Marcy stuck her tongue out.
Daisy laughed.
