Pendleton answered the door. "Good afternoon."

"Hi, Pendleton!" Karen chirped as he took her coat and belongings.

"Hello, madam." Pendleton held out his hand for Vic's winter gear.

Vic handed it over, still unnerved by the butler. "Thanks."

"Of course, sir." Pendleton put away their things then showed them to the den before leaving.

"Hey, guys!" Karen set her culinary offering on a table. "How's the pregame show going?"

"Kinda boring." Mal admitted. "How are you?"

"I'm right as rain." She hugged him. "Where's EmJay?"

"Kitchen. She's almost done."

"Cool. I'll go see her." Karen messed with Riley and the twins before leaving Vic in the den with all the men.

She went to the kitchen and saw Marcy had most of girls working.

"KayBee!" Marcy waved. "How goes it?"

"It goes." Karen went to hug her, sharing her coolness.

"Most everything is ready so you can start bringing things out."

"What all did you make?"

"A tonne of dips, chips, store bought chips and dips, wings, sandwiches and Dominos pizza, a few mass cocktails, nachos, different meatballs, a mix of onion rings, cheese plates, charcuterie plates, veggie platter, fruit platter, sweet and savory fondue, garlic knots, baked cheesy spaghetti, ziti, a few desserts and Jell-O shots in team colors!"

"Isn't that crazy?" Jeanette giggled.

"Hi, Mrs. Chang." Karen smiled. "I want a Dorito with this dip. What is it?"

"How do you want something you have no idea about?" Marcy giggled. "It's homemade dried beef dip."

"Ooh!"

"It's salty so beware. You might want a beer. Which we have coolers of."

Karen got a glob of the dip on her chip and ate it. She covered her mouth with her hand. "Oh my goodness, it's salty!"

Marcy gave her a look.

"Let's go cheer on our teams." Laura suggested.

Manny and the women cheered before bringing food to the den then lapping up with their mates.

W.W.W.

"You are a sore winner." Vic had his lip poked out.

"Pay up, loser!" Marcy yelled as she did her victory dance. She'd bet everyone into football that the Packers would not only play the SuperBowl but win and by a large margin at that at the beginning of football season.

The Green Bay Packers had won 52-36.
