Marcy looked up at the house. "This is a great house."

"Thanks." Mercedes hugged her.

"Are you sure you just want to lease it? I mean I know you're only going to be here for a year but what about when you come to visit after you leave for college?"

Mercedes frowned a little and put her finger to her lips. "Hmm?"

"Marcy." Mike chided gently. "We can decide things later. For now, can you just help us move in?"

"Fine, fine!" Marcy raised her hands. "What about the glee club?"

"What about the glee club?"

"Are any of them coming?"

He pouted. "No."

Marcy shook her head in disgust. "But they want to be treated like adults?"

"Thanks, Marcy. Let's get started."

W.W.W.

Mercedes stopped working. Everyone else had gone home (some of Mike's football, golf and basketball buddies, some of Mercedes' and Quinn's cheerleading friends and some of Mercedes' volleyball friends [which she was rejoining that year] had stopped by to help along with their family) and now the trio was trying to fix their house to their liking.

The home was in their old neighborhood and was five bedrooms, four bathrooms with a swimming pool. It was white on the outside but the door was black and they'd planted flowers in the yard.

Mercedes sighed as she rearranged the kitchen. They needed everything when it came to food. Maybe they should go shopping?

She went to the basement, where Mike was setting up his mancave. "Mikey?! Are you done?!"

"Huh?!" He was busy messing with wires behind the TV.

"We should go food shopping tonight."

He heard her. He just didn't want to go shopping. He wrinkled his face. "Um..."

"Mikey, we're going shopping."

"You were never asking me, were you?"

"No." She left to go tell Quinn.

He sighed. She was so bossy. They both were. But he loved them. Stupid me.
