shrek

I was bored and lonely I would sit in my house all day texting Dom or watching films, it was a Sunday afternoon and I decided to watch Shrek I basically fell on to the sofa when my phone began to buzz it was my best friend, Layla "hey what are you doing" she asked "I'm watching Shrek" I replied "again okay then I'm coming round" she said right before she hung up the phone I was wearing a grey crop top and red jogging bottoms and I was also wearing one of Dom's chains. The doorbell rang I quickly stood up and ran towards the door to open it I looked at her she opened her arms up and gave me a giant hug.  a few minutes had passed and Layla and I were on my sofa watching Shrek she was spooning me and me being the literal smallest person was obviously the small spoon, I stood up from the sofa to grab a bag of crisps "Layla you want some" I yelled from the other room "nah I'm good" she yelled back I was peering around the cupboard when something caught my eye.it was a polaroid picture which Dom had left behind he had been on tour for the past month and Dom and I had only been dating for five and a half months but still I missed him so much seeing this picture made all of my emotions come flooding back. Layla realized something was wrong when I didn't come jumping in the living room to quote the film she walked in the kitchen to see me huddled over a picture "hey (Y/n) are you okay" she said soothingly while rubbing my back "I'm not okay i miss him so fucking much Layla" I uttered I walked back to the living room and lied on the sofa "hey i need to go I have work tomorrow" Layla said she walked out of  my house. 

It was the next day and I hadn't moved from my spot on the sofa it was getting darker and darker outside I was re-watching Shrek and I was constantly checking my phone looking to see if he had texted me I began to fall asleep but eventually decided that I should eat something I walked into the kitchen and grabbed a pot noodle then I grabbed my phone and put my ear buds in and blasted some music. I had just finished cleaning up I suddenly felt two warm hands around my waist and head on my shoulder "hey baby" Dom whispered I quickly took out my ear phones and turned around so that I was facing him his hair was the black now but everything else seemed to be the same I grasped his face in my hands "Dom what are you doing here your meant to be on tour" I said while looking into his beautiful green eyes "don't worry about it love" he said he quickly kissed my forehead "so I heard you have been watching Shrek on repeat" he exclaimed "that's correct" I replied while I grabbed some beer from te fridge "do you wanna watch shrek two love" he asked
