Peter's POV

"You said she's related to Tony Stark?" May asked as she tied my tie. The Winter Formal was finally today and May insisted on helping me get dressed.

"Yeah. He's her uncle." I replied, shaking a bit nervously.

"Well, I think she's really pretty. How did you two meet?"

"The internship. She...was just there and we started talking." May stepped back and smiled at her work with the tie.

"Oh, Peter..." Great, she was gonna get emotional now.

"May," I warned. She shook her head and clapped her hands.

"Make sure any pictures that are taken get back to me." She ordered

"Alright, May." May stepped away from me and smiled.

"Get your hair done and I'll go find my keys." She said. I nodded and looked at my reflection. I had on a white button-up dress shirt and navy blue tie. I looked as nervous as I felt.

I wondered how Lyric was feeling.

Lyric's POV

"Dad that hurts!" I whined.

"But I gotta detangle it, Doll." Dad sighed.

"Papa!"

"Buck, what are ya doing? You gotta use the comb, not the brush!" Papa frowned grabbing the brush from Dad's hand.

"Listen, we are both too white to be doing this! I haven't done Lyric's hair in 3 years. Are Sam and his girlfriend here?" Dad asked.

"Yeah," Papa replied.

"Hey Reese, can you come in here?!" Dad called. Reese came in with Sam trailing behind her.

"Hey wassup?" Reese asked, pushing a strand of hair behind her ear. Reese was model gorgeous with the height to match. Her skin legit looked like melted caramel, shine included. Dad handed Reese the phone.

"Can you do this for her hair?" He asked showing her the Pinterest picture.

"No problem!" Reese smiled. Sam just laughed shaking his head.

"Gave up, white men?" He smirked. I giggled as Reese went to work on my hair.

*30 minutes Later*

I looked in the mirror, checking my hair, makeup, and dress one last time.

"Miss Rogers-Barnes, Mister Parker has arrived," FRIDAY said, making me nervous. What if Peter doesn't like my dress? What if I fall in my heels? What if I ruin the dance for him? I took a deep breath, walked out of my room, and into the elevator.

When the elevator reopened I was hit with a blinding flash. All the Avengers were standing in the living area, Peter in front of them. He looked so cute in his suit. He held a white corsage in his hand, but I could tell it was the last thing on his mind. His mouth was wide open in shock.

"You look...gorgeous." He gasped. I blushed and walked toward him. Wanda was squealing holding on to Pietro's arm.

"Aren't they precious brother?" Wanda asked.

"They are indeed sister." Pietro chuckled. I let Peter put on my corsage and I pinned on his own.

"Buck, did you get that?" Papa asked.

"Of course I did, calm down will ya, this is all filmed." Dad snapped back. I laughed at the two of them and looked back at Peter.

"In the rom-coms Wanda and I watch they always skip straight to the dance, so I'm not really sure what happens next," I admitted. Peter laughed and shrugged.
