*1 Month Later*
Peter's POV
"Bye, May. See you in the morning." I called.
"I left money for pizza on the counter," May called back.
"All right." I heard the door close and looked over at Lyric who was laying under my covers, playing some game on her phone. She had on one of my school sweaters and her own black leggings. Her hair was up in a bun, secured by a white bandana. I just loved watching her comfortable and unaware. I've told her countless times that's when she's the prettiest.
"Hey loser, my aunt just left and I'm sitting next to you with barely any clothes on. Why wouldn't you take advantage of this?" I smirked, getting under the covers with her. Lyric just rolled her eyes and looked at me.
"Listen, my dearest caucasian, Toon Blast is like 2% more important than you, so until I pass this level, no sexual activities shall take place." She teased. I laughed and placed my head on her chest.
"What's wrong, my genius? You seem stressed." Lyric frowned, glancing at me momentarily. Her free hand found its way in my hair to massage my scalp. Man, even her nails felt like magic. Her touch coupled with her ability to find endearing nicknames for me just added to her charm.
"I'm sending out college applications next week." I sighed. Then her chest fluttered. I looked up to see Lyric staring at her screen blankly.
"Oh." She said. 'Oh'? What does that mean?
"Is everything alright?" I asked.
"Oh yeah, I'm fine, we just never talked about college before."
"Well, you're going to college, aren't you?"
"Peter, I've never even set foot in an actual school. I doubt college is anywhere in my future."
"Just talk to your parents about it." Lyric threw her phone to the side and rolled over, straddling my waist.
"How about we do a little less talking, and a little more touch me?" She whispered into my ear, before kissing my neck. I wanted to stop her because we need to talk about this, but I didn't because I really wanted this.
"Lyr, can we just-" She cut me off by placing her lips on mine. She pulled off her sweater to reveal a red bra. Just as her hands reached the clasp, I stopped her.
"Babe, we need to talk about this," I said seriously. She sighed and climbed off of me, pulling back on the sweater.
"Don't ever ask for sex again." Lyric grumbled, crossing her arms over her chest.
"Lyric." I laughed, pulling her into my chest.
"I don't see what there is to talk about."
"Do you even want me to go to college?"
"Peter, what kind of question is that? Of course I do. You're so smart and the world needs that kind of smart."
"The world also needs Spider-Man."
"Not as much as it needs Peter Parker."
"Well, what if I get accepted to some school far away from you?"
"Well, then you need to buy a portable charger because I will be video calling you 24/7."
"You really think we could make it work?" Lyric shrugged and took my hand in hers.
"I was with Hydra for 5 months and we still managed to love each other. I don't see the difference." She stated. I smiled and kissed her. Lyric broke the kiss first, climbing out of bed.
