Peter's POV

"Does everyone have everything?" I sighed, standing by the door. Natalia ran over to me, her hair in two pigtails.

"I'm all ready, dad." She smiled. I smiled back and kissed her cheek.

"Thank you for being ready for me, Princess." I praised. The clock on the wall read 7:25. They were going to be late. "Junior and Iris, get down here!" I caught Iris rolling her eyes as she walked downstairs with Junior trailing behind her.

"Where's mom? She usually takes us to school." Junior yawned, his shirt wrinkled and his hair a curled mess.

"Mission," I replied dryly. Iris took notice of my tone and cocked her head.

"Why is mom getting called out for all these missions recently? Is something wrong?" She asked. I shook my head and kissed her temple.

"Nothing's wrong, baby girl. Come on, you guys are gonna be late for school." I dismissed, ushering everyone to the minivan.

Lyric's POV

I stood next to Dad as the man with the gotye studied me.

"Who the hell is he?" I asked defensively.

"Doctor Stephen Strange, sorcerer supreme." The man introduced. I looked over at Tony, confusion furring my brows together.

"You brought me Harry Potter?" I scoffed.

"Stark tells me you see a future, well, I see over a million possible futures," Strange said.

"So you get to see the world end over a million times?" Tony grabbed my hands, making me look into his desperate eyes.

"Lyric, think with me here? Strange sees possible futures so he can see how you can win. It doesn't all have to end in death." He said frantically. I looked over at Strange who was watching me, waiting.

"I don't want to make you see this, I already wish I didn't see it," I said cautiously.

"Can't be worse than what I've already seen and I saw the Thanos epidemic. I knew you were the only savior." He replied.

"This is worse than Thanos. Worse than anything the world has ever even seen. This...reality is anyone's worst nightmare." Strange paused, looking at my face before closing his eyes. His head began twitching in all different directions, making me step back in shock.

"Don't worry, just means he's working," Tony said.

"What if he sees nothing? What if I'm not wrong and there's no good way about this?" I worried.

"There will be a good way. Lyric, we always win. We'll be fine." Papa promised. I was about to respond when Strange grunted and fell back from his twitching. He was on the ground gasping painfully.

"Doctor Strange," I said running to his side. The man looked up at me with frightened eyes and said one word,

"Doom."

Iris's POV

I took down the notes quickly before feeling a piece of paper hit my back. I turned to see Andrew smirking at me. I opened the note to see a drawing of me as a woodland fae. I bit back the smile threatening to make its way on my face.

"Ms. Parker, do you know the answer?" Mrs. Ferdinand asked, catching me off guard. I quickly looked at the algebra problem on the board before blurting out the answer.

"X=4." I replied. Mrs. Ferdinand narrowed her eyes at me before admitting I was correct.

"And Mr. Parker, do you know why 4 is the correct answer?" She frowned looking over at my sleeping brother who was undoubtedly dreaming about my best friend, Aisha.
