Jennifer's POV

I don't wanna wait for our love to be over

I removed Jason's arms from hugging me and and I carefully went out from the bed. Then I saw my laptop. I haven't finish the article yet.

"Shit." I mumbled.

I rushed to take a bath and dress up. I didn't bother to wake Jason up. I was about to go to my car when I heard a honk from a white benz.

"Jennifer!! Hop in! I'm gonna drive you to your office" it's Leah. she said winking at me.

I rushed to Leah and hop in her car.

"I haven't seen you in forever! I miss your sassiness. Where did you came from?" I said kissing her cheeks

"Surprise! I came from an early meeting. I decided to come over to see you and drive you for work. Glad my timing is perfect." She told me.

"Why do you have to be this sweet Leah?" I told her.

Since Harry left. Leah became the bestest bestfriend I ever had. She's the one that insist me to move in here in Cali and helped me get a job in a Magazine company.. She took care of me until I get better.

"Because I missed your fat ass. That's it" she said making me giggle but I immediately stopped.

She looks at me closely

"Hmm. Is something bothering you?"

She really is my bestfriend. She knows if I'm okay or not. I took a deep breath..

"Leah. He--" she cut me.

"Wait Jen, I met a guy last night! I think he's the one" She squealed.

I rolled my eyes to her.

"Leah? Everytime you met a new guy, you keep on telling me that"

"Oh shut up! I really think he is" she looked at me smirking

"So how are you Jen?" Thank you for asking Leah.

"I'm doing good. Hmm. I wanted to tell you this.. He came-" I was cut by her phone ringing

"Wait a sec Jen. Omg he's calling" Leah answered her phone, throughought our way to the office she's with her phone flirting with her new guy. I just slouch on the car seat and stare outside.

I'm thinking about everything. About Harry, about when will I be ready to finally forgive him.

"Okay bitch, were here"

I went out from Leah's car and I saw her coming with me.

"Hey? You're coming with me? Don't you have work?" I told her.

"I work at night Jen. Besides Loren's my friend remember? I'll pay a visit" She smirked.

"Okay then"

"Wait. what were you trying to say awhile ago?"

"Nevermind" I told her.

We were about to enter the building when I saw some delivery men going inside carrying a bunch of tulips.

Leah and I looked each other with narrow eyes. We went inside the elevator, we were the same floor with them, Then I reach my workplace.. and to my surprise.. it's surrounded by different colors of tulips.. The delivery men place the last set of tulips on my desk. Wow

The staffs are looking at me like I'm the luckiest girl on earth.

"Oh god Jen.. Jason is the sweetest!!" Leah squealed.
