Chapter 36: Alarming Phone Calls

Roni POV
Aaron's family is in town. We always have a fun time when they come visit us or we come visit them. I'm just glad we got to see them. Aaron wanted to be here with us to enjoy some time with his family but he has an event he has to go to for the movie and he can't miss it. He really hates that he can't be here though. I told him that Kian, Alex, Nessa, and I have it under control and that we definitely can take care of them while he's gone.

Spending time with the Burriss family is really fun. They're a really care free family and they're open to anything. They do have some request though. We spent our time making sure that those things happen for them.

One of the request was from Mr. Burriss. He wants to take part in some famous poker thing. We let him spend the whole day there with no distractions. He's a really good poker player and I have no doubt that he's going to win a lot of games. Another request was from Mariah. She wants to take a picture in front of the Hollywood sign. Of course we let her go and do it. Drew's request is to meet up with some of the friends he made the last couple of times he's been here. Him and Caterina broke up awhile ago but they're still good friends and they want to see each other. We let them go shopping with us, which is Mrs. Burriss's request. She wants to go on that expensive shopping strip. Nessa and kinda wanted to go to that strip before, so she'll be our excuse. Alex also wants to get some dRiP clothes, or whatever he calls them. The clothes are cool, but only cLoUt cHaSeRs wear them. Alex is strange sometimes but I just go along with what he says.

We're shopping and looking around on the strip when Malaya comes up with what she wants to do while she's here.

"I wanna go to Disney!" She says

"Malaya, you've been a thousand times, do you want to choose something different?" Mariah says. Malaya aggressively shakes her head no.

"Disney it is then" Nessa says

"Aaron should be home in about an hour. He has the passes, so we'll ship here for a little while longer until he gets back" I say.

"Good choice Princess Gorgeous" Kian says and squats down to her level to give her a fist bump. She smiles. We finish up with shopping.

"While we're waiting, Roni and Nessa why don't you show mom your new store." Alex says.

"Sure" I say. Kian makes a quick turn to reroute himself to our store. They've made so much progress since the last time we came. All they have to do is put up another wall and some doors and add some more butterflies. The goal for when it's finished is to be able to see inside the store. We want people to be attracted by our seasonal changing outfits and if they see something that they like, they can come in and get all the service that they need. I think that's so cool because they can find what they want with no hesitation or influence from the workers.

"Wow, This is amazing! I would love to shop here" Mrs. Burriss says. It snaps me out of what I was thinking.

"You'll definitely have first access to it when it opens" Nessa says and wraps her arm around my neck. I give her a slight hug.

"We would love for you to be here on opening day" I say. I step away for a moment to take a call.

"Hey Aaron, wassup?" I say

"Are you guys ok?" He asks

"Yeah, why?" I say in a confused way. "Why are you breathing so heavily? Are you ok?" I ask. I'm starting to get a little concerned.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Can you take everyone to Disney? The passes are upstairs in the top box on the highest shelf in my closet. The meeting is running a little late, so you might have to go on without me."

"Ok, but what's going on? You don't sound like you're in a good place to talk, you also don't sound like you're good at all" I'm really concerned now.

"I'm...I'll.....be....little" He says. His signals breaking up. I just respond with. A simple ok. I have no idea what's going on. I hope he's ok. He knows how to handle himself and I'm sure he'll tell me what's happening when he gets home. I'm still really worried about him. I definitely don't want to worry Mrs. Burriss, Malaya, Mariah, or Andrew do I'm all positive when I hang up.

I go home and grab the passes. Aaron gets unlimited ones because he's in a marvel film and they partner with Disney. There's plenty for Andrew's friends to come along to. I'm still slightly worried about that phone call I received, but Aaron's going to meet us at Disney so I think I'll get the full story.

We're all having fun at Disney. It really is the most magical place on earth. The best part of it all is seeing the smiles on all the kids faces because they get to see their favorite characters in real life. We get some food even though it's strangely overpriced. We ride a couple of rides and take everyone's request of what they want to do while we're here. Lastly we get some Mickey ears. We stay for the fireworks and it's time to leave. We take all of Andrews friends home and everyone's pooped.

Aaron's still not home. I'm really worried because this is not like him. He can't be cheating on me. I hate that thought ever crossed my mind. I stay up waiting for him, even after everyone's asleep.

After awhile of waiting, I hear the door open. I go to turn on the lights

"Aaron why are you home so-" I say. Turning on the lights stop me because what I see is horrible.
