Aaron POV
I guess everyone on set has been tired because we are all dragging. I had scare earlier this week because of what happened in LA, but the effect of me being alert from that kind of wore away after working long hours.

This whole tired thing is affecting us at work. Although our acting is sill as good as it was before, we have gotten a little sloppy on the set. The film crew has gotten a little relaxed in a lot of things but directors and bosses haven't seemed to notice yet, so we continue trying to save our energy.

It's pretty cold in Washington and the outfit I'm wearing is not ideal for the climate. I can feel myself getting sick already and that's not good. The costume for my character is way to tight and there's zero insulation in it. You can clearly tell that everyone is cold and ready to get this over with. The director calls the first scene and we start going. This is a scene where I'm doing a lot of parkour. For scenes where it's really dangerous they swap me out with a stunt man.

I notice that they were rushing as they swapped me out for a stunt man. It looked like thy didn't strap him completely in with the safety equipment. I don't want to overstep my boundaries, plus I don't know anything about the whole stunt process so I keep my mouth shut. We all go in break as they film the stunts. There's no where for us to go inside to warm up or anything so we just get some coffee or hot chocolate to warm up. We watch the stunt man as he does his thing. It must be a hard craft to learn because it is as dangerous as it looks. I mean it's just doing the actual thing in real life, what's not dangerous about that.

My eyes advert from the scene to talk to Alex a little bit. I turn back around and see the stunt man mid air. All of us watch in horror as he falls down and down and down. He hits a platform. He was a floor before hitting the ground. The platform, which happens to have trash bags full of garbage on it, caught his fall. I hear gasps and screams as many camera mans and people working on set run up to him. I don't want to look at the horrific scene. I call 9/11 to get him some help. I feel so bad for him. No doubt that this happened because of the safety equipment that was not applied right. I sigh, knowing that all of us could have said something before this happened bothers me. Someone's laziness and our carelessness could have killed a man. I shake my head.

They send us back to our hotels until they can figure this out. We don't know when that will be but it gives us plenty of time to reflect on what just happened. I wish this time didn't exist because I really don't want to keep replaying the scene in my head. It's not good and I just want to turn it off. I immediately call Roni and tell her what happened.

"That's awful!" She says after I tell her.

"Yeah, it shook all of us up"

"I bet. Is he ok and alive?" She ask.

"We don't know, production hasn't got back to us yet. I hope he is though. It was a pretty hard fall."

"What's going to happen to you guys?" She questions

"They're going good start to become way more strict on us. I'm kind of dreading it." I sigh

"Maybe it's for the good babe. You guys saw what happens when you half ass stuff, maybe it's for your safety." She suggest.

"You're right, I'm just in desperate need for a vacation. I just have a little bit more time and then this movie will be in the editing phase"

"Hang in there" We y'all a little bit more until she has to go take care of the kids. It's getting late and I'm three hours ahead of her so I won't hold her back. I need to go to sleep so I can be up in the morning to get the news on everything.

The next morning I get a text from the group chat saying that we have today off but we have a meeting as six o'clock. I go back to sleep since I woke up at four thinking that I would be on my regular schedule. It does feel good to sleep in, I just hate that it's under such bad circumstances.

Alex, Jahmir, Chris, and I just chill and play cards in my hotel room until it's time to go the meeting. Meetings are always boring and drawn on. Everyone looks like their about to fall asleep normally, but have a feeling that it's not going to be that way today. We're all hoping for the best with the stuntman.

When we get in the meeting, the mood already seems damper. I sigh because I already know what the outcome is going to be. As soon as our director open his mouth I can follow the words that he's saying. I can read his lips when he's say that Liam the stuntman, has died. He tells us that his injury were fatal and he just couldn't over come them. We have a moment of silence from them. No one is worried about our days off any more because we would rather not have had this whole situation.

We will all attend his funeral and we will have to move on without him. I hate that. We've all sent gift and cards to his family and try to help them as best as we can. We know nothing is going to bring him back but we at least try to improve their mood. I never thought anything like this would happen.
