Chapter 6: Vidcon Day 2

So far Vidcon has been a great, but overwhelming experience. This is our biggest turn out yet. Everyone do grateful for our fans. With that popularity comes a lot of cons. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind taking pictures with people. I mean it's the least I can do with all the support they've given us, but with thousands of people asking for pictures it gets a little overwhelming. I'm sure they under stand that because they always heavily thank us after we snap a pic. Some even bring gifts, that's very sweet of them even though we're totally ok with them just coming with their selves. It really touches me to know how many peoples lives we impacted in a good way. I love knowing that I'm a role model for people because at the end of the day it's not just about the views, subscribers, comments, followers, likes, clout, or fame. It's about how we want to put our good content for good people who deserve it and if all those things I listed before com with it, so be it. I'm just glad I'm happy with content I put out for other people to enjoy and I'm never going to put out something I'm not content with. I have to much love for my fans to do that.

After a couple of photos and the Merrell twins performance we all meet back up in the room. We're pooped, but it's only two o'clock and we have like four more hours left. Laurex has to get up and preform their songs. The rest of us have either already performed or don't have anything to preform. We just chill in the room for a little while.

"I'm still bummed that Jc couldn't make it" Kian says

"Yeah it sucks that he had to stay back" Nessa says

"Why did he have to anyway?" Aaron asks

"Oh, one of the countries that he was traveling to had an out break and they made him get shots and stay back in LA so he doesn't spread anything" Kian says

"That's sad. Tell him I hope that he gets better" I say

"Will do" Kian responds. We keep conversation going until Lauren and Alex come back. We have just a little more time but this is the last day. We have one more big panel with all of us on it. We start getting ready for that. Getting mic-ed up is such a timely process. It's a bit annoying too. We step out n stage with the cheers again. It puts a smile on my face. No matter how many times we have to go through the annoying process I'll do it to see the smile on all these people's faces. We go through the whole question thing to.

"Do you guys have anything really big happening in your lives right now?" A fan asks. We all look at each other. Everyone shakes their head no, accept for Lauren and Alex. Nessa hands them the mic.

"Actually...." Alex says. He puts it in between he and Lauren. At the same time they say "We're pregnant!" The whole crowd gasps and then people start screaming. Everyone on the couch jaws dropped. We're just as surprised as everyone else. This is our first time hearing of this news. Now it's live streamed all over YouTube and millions of people know. After we get over the shock we get up and hug them and give them congratulations.

"Guys we're just as shocked as you are!" Nessa says

"We seriously had no idea!" I say

"This is huge news to us too!" Kian says

"Well since trey told us this amazing news, let's give Lauren and Alex a round of applause and congrats" Aaron says. The crowd does as he says. We finish up the panel and walk off stage.

"We're all so happy for you guys!" Nessa says. We all pull them into a group hug. It's all smiles.

"We found out last week. We were going to tell you guys but we wanted it to be a surprise for everyone. We saved it for this big moments." Lauren says

"We haven't told Addison either because he tends to repeat things we say. We didn't want anyone to know" Alex says

"Awww. Wait until he finds outs, he's going to be so happy" Nessa says

"He was just at our house saying that he wants a sibling" Aaron says

"We know. We can't wait I tell him, just like we couldn't wait to tell you guys and the fans. It was such a weight off of our shoulders." Lauren says

"I bet. That's such a bing secret to keep. We're so glad that you guys admitted it. We're so happy for you and we can't wait to see the little boy or girl" I say. We piled them into one last hug.

"Awwww, love you guys!" Lauren day through the hug.

"Love you too" we all respond. We pull away from the hug and decide to call it a day. Day 2 was successful. We meet up for a quick dinner then we all go back to our hotel rooms to relax or do work. Of course it's sort of like vacation but that still doesn't mean that we don't have to edit videos. The vlogs are piling ups and we don't want to have so much work on us when we get back home. Judging by the news that came today, Alex is going to have a pretty big video to edit. It's going to be a very popular one at that. Nessa and I have been working in our editing skills so it doesn't all have to be on Aaron, Harrison, and Dad. They're slowly but surely improving. When I say slowly in very slow, but we're making some progress. It hasn't gone unnoticed, which I think is a step in the right direction. Needless to say, I think today was a good day. Hey that rhymed!
