Aaron POV
I've been lying to Roni. Well, it wasn't a totally lie. Our meeting did run a little over time, just not a whole five hours over time. I had s slight problem. I was getting out of my meeting. Everything was going great. I had just learned that we would be filming as soon as next month which is great. That means that the movie can be shot, edited, and released sooner. That's a whole lot of less stress on everyone. All day I had a strange feeling though. Almost like I was being watched. As I walked out into the hallway, I see a janitor. I thought nothing of it and just passed her by. I got a closer look at her face as I turned the corner. It was Sarah. What was she doing here?!

I got my composure together. I went the opposite way back into the meeting room. The same guy who helped me on the first day I came for a script read was packing up so o decided to ask him a question.

"What's with all the janitors?" I ask

"Oh, their prisoners" He says nonchalantly. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against some prisoners. Some are really cool people and we're just at a hard place in their life or were falsely accused. It's just that he said that without any further explanation. I gesture my hand as if to ask him to tell me more.

"They were in a maximum security prisoner on a loose watch. They got into lower security because of good behavior. If they wanna get less time, they can volunteer to do stuff like this. Don't worry, they're under a tight watch and I don't think they want to do anything to us. Trust me, if they did they would get in more trouble and I'm sure they don't want that." He says "Now enough of that. Go home to your family, I'm sure they're missing you." I shrug it off. All have to do is go a different way. I'm sure Sarah didn't see me and if I don't go the same way she is, there shouldn't be a problem.

I'm walking down the hallway, watching my every move to make sure that I'm not running into her. I'm almost out the door when I hear someone say "Is that the one?" It's in a raspy voice, but there's some dominance behind it. I think nothing of it but I still look up. There was another person, presumably a prisoner, talking to Sarah and pointing to me. I put my head back down and walk out. The guards that are supposed to watch them stand in the hallway, definitely not paying attention to the situation. I try to make it to my car as fast as I can, but it was taken to a parking garage far away because there is no parking at this building allowed. Just my luck. I sigh and start speed walking.

As I'm power walking my way to the garage, I hear footsteps behind me. I look back. It's two more prisoners with the one who pointed to me. Sarah's standing at the wall on the building, making it look like she's not suspicious. I zig behind another building and zag around the next. I try my hardest to lose them. I must look crazy. I turn and I'm cornered and all I can hear is them coming closer to me. I can hear what their saying. It's not as distant anymore.

"You think your Mr. Tough guy now, huh movie star" one says

"You and that slut wife of yours can get it for letting my Sarah down" that's the voice of the guy who pointed me out.

"No use in hiding pretty boy" Another guy says. Where's the guards when you need them? I scope the area looking for any escape. I look at a camera and make sure I'm in frame. Before I can make another move they come running down the almost alleyway. It put my training to use. It's now or never. A punch catches me off guard. I dodge the next one but I definitely felt the first one. I kick one of the guys, throw a punch, receive another one and make a run for the building. I receive a call from Roni as I'm running. I do my best to convince her I'm ok but my signal breaks. I run to report it to some of the guards but I don't make it. Before they can go stop them I feel a cutting pain in my arm. Out of one of the dumpsters they found glass to cut me with. I run as fast as I can to the car. They don't want to come farther because they know they'll be in big trouble and the guards will figure out what happens. It's not the long of a drive but I'm in pain. I look at the time and my arm. The hot blood stains my hand and I'm getting a bit woozy. The time looks blurry but I'm almost home.

I start thinking about how worried everyone must be about me. I stumble to find my keys through the dizziness. I walk in.

"Aaron why are you home so-" I hear Roni say. She gasps when sees me. "What happened?" She begins to ask. She sees my current state and gives me water and takes me to the hospital. I can't even oblige. She gets towels and tries to stop the bleeding while driving.

We make it to the hospital and they call the police immediately. The blood loss is getting to me. The pain is almost non existent at this point. All I'm worried about is trying to conscious and make out the words that everyone is saying. Reading lips doesn't work when your vision is blurry. All I can remember is Roni's face and the three police officers faces fading in and out as I black out.
