Roni POV
Sadly, the Burriss's are leaving. We really wanted them to say but the kids have school and we're going to New York.

After wishing the Burriss's a good flight and we hug them, I start packing. I need to pack my bags and the twins bags. They're super excited to go. They get to see their dad and a whole new city. They really haven't traveled much except for when they go to NC.

I pack everything. When I say everything, I mean everything. I did it all really fast so that it would be over with and I can relax for the rest of the day. It has been a lot happening this week, so it's always good to be rejuvenated before we start the next adventure.

I set the baby gate up to block off the living room area so that the twins can't get into anything. They can only be in the area by the couch and in their little play area. I lay down on the couch and start some TV, give the twins some snacks, and I wrap myself up in a blanket. I make sure the alarm is on and the doors are locked up and I just relax. It feels so comfortable. I'm glad I can relax. I start to drift off to sleep.

I am woken up by Vi climbing up on the couch and trying to get under the blanket with me. She must be tired too. I get her another blanket and pull her up closer to me. She fast asleep in five minutes. Vinny doesn't care whose asleep or not, he's going to keep playing until he's tired. I just let him be and I go back to sleep.

I wake up in about an hour. Vinny is pulling on the blanket. He must be getting tired now. I let him take my spot on the couch and the blanket Vi and I have been sharing. I was getting up anyway. I make sure that he's comfortable and Vi is ok. Vi sleeps so hard that you could move mountains and she wouldn't wake up. I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing, but it's easy for me to slip Vinny in. I go to start on lunch. The twins are really liking tomato soup and a grilled cheese now. I don't know how it came about. I think it was when they saw the kids on TV eating it.

I let the soup boil as I go fold some clothes. Kian, Nessa, Rebel, Alex, Adrian, and Asher are out looking at a school. The boys are starting to get older and school is going to be a reality for them. Nessa is already crying about it. Alex and Kian are keeping a straight face but I can tell that they're sad. I don't blame them. I know I'm going to cry when the twins go to school. It's a sentimental moment.

I go on about my day. The twins and I just relax and make sure to go to bed early so we're ready for the flight. I know it's a hassle getting them on the plane. It's hard to do that with any kid.

I wake up in the morning at 4 something. Our flight leaves at seven. I know it seems early, but trust me it's going to be needed. I get dressed and do my makeup. I normally don't do makeup for a flight, but we're meeting people today so it is a must. By the time I finish it's already five. I bring all of our bags down stairs and wake up the twins. I get the twins dressed and let them go back to sleep. I say bye to the dogs because Matt is watching them while we're gone.

By 5:45 everyone is scrambling to get ready in the last fifteen minutes. I'm ready to go and do are the twins.

"How are you always ready?" Alex asks.

"I just get up early because I can always fall asleep on the plane" I say.

"Ughh, I wish I had of thought of that" Nessa complains.

"Me too" Kian sighs. I drive us to the airport and I park in the car storage. We go the through the fast pass security because we paid to do. It helps us get by so fast. We grab some Starbucks and of course we had to get all the kids cake pops.

Our flight was a little early. We board and all of us almost immediately fall asleep. We're really tired. I wake up half way through the flight and just watch some videos. The twins are still knocked out and we have three hours left. They end up waking up about an hour later. I just give them a tablet and they're ready to go. They can sit and watch that thing for hours.

The rest of the flight goes by smoothly. Luckily the twins didn't have any problems. It doesn't look like any of the kids did. Asher cried once but Alex fed him and he was good.

We land and go through baggage claim. An uber picks us up and we go and rent a car then drive to Aaron's condo. The whole time the kids eyes are glued to the window. All the adults have been here before but they haven't, so it's like a whole new experience and they're in awe. LA is pretty big, but not compared to New York. It's just something new in its self. Alex has been here so much that he knows the street like the back of his hand.

We finally make it to the condo. Aaron is still at work but one of the directors that is of work, leads us to the roof level.

"Welcome to the Big Apple!" He says. The kids throw their hands up with them. Smiles spread across all of our faces, even Asher's.
