"Good morning Miss West."
Laura closed the door to her car and turned towards the source of the voice and smiled. Levi Williams.
"Good morning sir."
He grimaced. "I've told you several times to address me as Levi."
She smiled. "You know I can't, sir. You're my boss."
He groaned and she giggled lightly. He really looked like his elder brother.
"How was your night?" He asked with a smile.
"Fine thank you." She replied. "How was yours?"
"Was okay." He started walking into the office building, motioning to her to come along. "I've been here with you guys for a week and I must commend you all that has been working diligently, you especially. It's not all the time you get to see a very beautiful woman who is very dedicated to her work."
A blush tinted her cheeks and she smiled. "Thank you sir. I appreciate your commendation."
They were greeted as they walked through. Some of the other workers who were coming in, looking at them both suspiciously especially after he ushered her into his office.
"Have a seat, Miss West." He said as he sat on his and she obeyed. "So, Laura, I can call you Laura right?"
"Of course sir, sure."
He nodded. "I've been meaning to ask you. In your profile it is stated that you are single but on some occasion I've heard you talk about your family, especially your child to your colleague. I wonder if there's any reason behind your decision on not stating the fact that you're married, in your professional profile."
"I'm really not married sir." She replied simply.
He looked at her with narrowed eyes. The way his elder brother did whenever he was calculating something.
"I'm afraid you're getting me confused here, Laura.""I'm a single mother." She simply said. To your brother's son.
"Oh." He said with a smile. "That explains it. A boy or a girl? Your child I mean."
"A boy." She replied with a real smile. "His name is Cameron."
"Cameron, I've always liked that name on a child." He grinned. "If he looks like you, he's gonna be a very beautiful boy."
She laughed. "Fortunately, he doesn't look like me. He looks more like his father."
"Ah, a pity then." He jested. "He would have been one of the most sought after men when he grows up."
She smiled. "I believe he will be one of the most sought after men because he takes after his father's looks and his father is one hell of a stunning male specie."
"Really? I would really love to meet your son." He said with interest, relaxing back in his seat.
She grinned. Levi Williams was definitely more easygoing than his brother. And definitely a player. But she loved Greg in all his hard and serious nature because he can still be as sweet and soft as anything whenever he wanted.
"I'm sure he would love to meet you." She replied.
"Really?" He asked in surprise.
She knew that he thought she was going to be closed off in matters regarding her son. Yes, she can be like that sometimes, but only to certain persons."Of course!" You're his uncle after all.
"Great!" He almost squealed. "We'll have to arrange a date and time."
