She was his.
And he'd be damned if he let another man have her.
How had things gotten to this? How was he on the verge of losing his one true love?
He shook his head as he blamed the accident and loss of his memory for his current predicament.
But most importantly. How was he going to win her back?
He knew she could be headstrong and determined sometimes but he had to do all he could to get her back.
She was the light in his dark world. And without her with him, his life would be empty.
He would get her, his angel back.
That aside for the meantime though. Right now he had to focus on getting that Samantha West out of his house and his life for good, he thought as he turned his car into his street.
When he returned home the previous evening and met her, his subconscious telling him that the woman had been living with him for months in the name of being his fiancee, he was somewhat shocked and at the same time believed that it was true.
But what he found difficult to accept was the child that Samantha kept calling "theirs", therefore making him the father of the boy.
The boy was an adorable child and all, but he didn't see even a bit of himself in him nor any father - son connection. Crazy, but call it fatherly instinct which in this case, he wasn't even sure he was one.
But he had decided to do a paternity test. He had to be sure if the child was really his as Samantha claimed. He drove into his compound and noticed that the security man had a surprised look on his face when he entered.
He smiled inwardly as he knew that the man would be wondering why he was back at that time of the day since he usually came home from work in the evenings.Well, he had an important mission to accomplish and he needed to start right this afternoon after he had dropped the files he was carrying.
The living room greeted him with the loud sound of music blasting through the air. He frowned, wondering why Samantha was playing music this loud at that time of the afternoon.
He grabbed the remote to lower the sound or better off still put it off but halted and thought better of it. She would explain why she was playing outrageously loud music in such a quiet neighborhood.
Knowing that calling her name would be fruitless, he walked up the stairs towards the direction of his bedroom to check if she was there after he had checked the kitchen.
Laura. His Laura. He ached to feel her embrace and her soft body pressed against his, the softness of her lips pressed against his and...everything. He wanted to make things right and he would go extra miles to getting back his woman because he had realized that he loved her a lot. More than his own life. That's just how much his feelings for her were.
Weird sounds filled the hallway where his room was located. The sounds mixing with that of the music that he couldn't detect what kind of sounds they were.
His ears alert, he walked closer to the door of his room and the sound of the music reduced while the weird sounds became more hearable and...
His eyes widened in shock.
Swiftly but silently, he opened the door to his bedroom and stilled.
Their moans didn't disgust him as much as the sight before him. Samantha was stark naked with another naked man dancing the popular rhythm on top of her on his bed! While her moans filled the room, though was clouded slightly by the sound of the music coming from downstairs.
