(It's two weeks later. We open up on Rose inside the castle with Virgil, Patton, Thomas, Roman, and Logan. Rose and Virgil are cuddling, while the rest are sitting next to them. All of a sudden there's a knock, so Patton goes to answer it.)
Patton: Hello!
Mailman: Letter delivery for Princess Rose.
Patton: Oh thank you, sir! Have a nice day!
(The mailman leaves and Patton walks back over. Rose stands up and goes up to Patton. Patton hands her the letter, and she reads it.)
Roman: Rose, what does it say?
Rose: It says, "To my dearest Princess Rose,
We've been having an awful problem in Darktown.
A lot of people have been getting sick, and we're running out of food quickly.
Could you come by next week by any chance to come have a look?
If not I understand completely, I know you're very busy.
You need to get ready to be a queen after all.
Yours truly,
Deceit Hugo".
(Virgil stands up and puts his arm around Rose's waist, pulling her closer.)
Logan: Are you going to go?
Rose: Of course! I'm the princess, it's my responsibility. Even if I don't like or trust Deceit, I am the future Queen over Darktown and Lightown. Gosh, I should have gone over there sooner! It's been weeks since I last was over in Darktown.
Thomas: Well, you've been fairly busy Rose.
Rose: I guess...
Patton: Rose, I'll go with you!
Rose: Oh, it's okay Patt. I'll be fine!
Roman: Rose, I don't think it's a good idea to go on your own.
Virgil: Rose, please let one of us go with you.
(She gives Virgil a quick peck on the cheek.)
Rose: I'll be okay guys.
(They get in a group hug. For the first time, we see Rose's necklace glow completely light blue and purple. Rose hands Virgil the flower and gives him a kiss. The lights fade out slowly, when we hear the music start to play.)
