Catching Mr. Dreamboy

#Chapter 14.5 Scandal.

(A/N: This is 14 and a half. What happened before the runway scandal. Hahaha akala niyo ibang scandal no?)

"It's you, Jaylan."

Honestly I was shocked seeing her here.

I had no idea she works for Star Galaxy Productions.

"Ms. Mia! OMG. Ikaw nga?"

"Here we go again Jaylan."

"Ikaw nga!"

We met two days and she still is as loud as before.

"Hey, hey, calm down. Can you help me?"

"Anything Ms. Mia. At your service!"

"You see, I don't like this blue shoulder piece."

She looked at me for a moment,

"Ah, oo nga po, sa nakikita ko po, mabigat siya, nagsa-sag siya sa may front part?"

"Tama, paano mo alam yun?"

"Fashion Designing Major po ako Ms. Mia..."

"Ah, so your a trainee here?"

"Ah, opo..."

"So, can we change this?"

"Ummmm...Ms. Mia, wala po kasi talaga tayong ipapalit diyan. Iba po kasi ang tela niya sa lahat ng pieces na naibigay sa akin. Wala po tayong maipapalit."

She was right.

Iba naman kasi talaga ang design concept ng damit na ito.

The dress looks a little different from everything else.

"So, we'll just remove it then."

"Ha? Wag po, yung inner dress niyo po masyadong showy."

"I see."

Lumapit ako sa may rack.

Marami pang naka hang dun.

Kinuha ko yung parang loose shirt.

"Can I wear this?"

"Po?"

"This. I want to wear this."

She looks confused.

"Ms. Mia, hindi po yan bagay sa concept ng show."

"I know, but this is the one I want to wear. I bet I look better in this basic get up than the useless ones that the designer is making us wear."

"Ms. Mia, hindi po talaga pwede ang set na yan."

"You take fashion right? I know you would agree that I would look better in these and the designer is a trying hard, talentless second-rate."

She looks really worried now.

"Ms. Mia, I'll just fix the piece right now."

"Jaylan, I told you, I'm not wearing that."

I took the new set of clothes to the dressing curtains.

That designer is the one who denied me a pass in my first try to do a commercial a couple of years ago.

He said that if I'd do the commercial, nobody would buy the product.

I didn't get casted.

The commercial hit the TV stations and in my opinion, I could've done better.

Now, it's my first time walking for him and I finally know the reason why he didn't cast me then - he himself don't have the 'talent' he's looking for.

I can't believe people actually liked his designs.

I'm not trying to get back on what he did, I'm trying to save myself from being seen in his hideous works.

I got out of the curtains.

I see Dylan.

I'm ready for this show.
