Good Enough Pt.2 (Spider-Man/Peter Parker X Male Reader)

A/n: You guys asked so I delivered 😊😊 I think this is probably the most requested sequel I've ever gotten because honestly I was gonna leave it at the other ending lol.

"AND NOW.. NOW I'M NO GOOD AT ALL" you yelled but as you went to hit him you saw he face, all blooded and bruised, you paused. Again tears started to form in your eyes.

"w-wh-why am I doing this" you whispered.

"why do I want to hurt you so bad" you said as the tear started to flow freely down your face.

"I'm supposed to be your friend", a sob got caught in your throat,"I just wanted a friend" you cried out. As you backed away from Peter realization set in you just kidnapped and tied up three people and worst of all you just beat up Peter and were very close to killing him. You started to shake in fear looking up you seen the hole you through Peter through. You flew though it and continued to fly until the helmet automatically materialized around your head letting you know you were in space as you flew further into space you cried harder. You hugged yourself as you floated in space.

You don't know how many hours you had been floating but you didn't care.

Suddenly a ship stopped in front of you. You prepared for an attack in case that was there plan.

"Woah woah calm down with those jazz hands" a voice said.

"Mr. Lawson I'm Nick Fury and I don't know what's going on but Spider-Man wants to see you back on Earth" a different voice said.

"Leave me alone" you yelled at them.

"Not an option" he said. You raised my fist and aimed it at the ship. They both looked shocked as photon energy hit the ship. Then you flew off further into space.

"Where'd you get that suit" a voice asked. As you turned a blonde woman, who looked a little familiar, stood before me her suit had a star symbol in the middle like mine.

"Where'd you get yours" You asked back.

"You're returning to earth now" she said. You closed your fist as photon energy started to flow.

"No I'm not" You growled out. She looked at your hands in shock then back at you.

"H-how did..... what's your name" she asked.

"Why" you asked.

"Please tell me your name" she begged.

"Y/n Lawson" You said. A tear slipped through her eye.

"You know Mar- Wendy" she asked. (A/n: take this with a grain of salt because I'm fucking with the time line a bit)

"I know both her names but yes she's my great grandmother or something like that" you said.

"I knew her" she said to you.

"That's impossible" You said.

"I have photon powers too" she said as she raised her fist and it started to glow. You looked at it in shock.

"What did you do so bad that I was called in to retrieve you" she asked.

After explaining everything to Carol she hugged you.

"Well you know they sent me her to retrieve you for Peter so maybe he wants to talk it out" she said to you.

"But what I did was so bad and so wrong" you said as a tear came to your eye.

"Hey hey a lot was pushed on you at once and your right what you did was wrong but you recognize that it will be okay" she said truthfully to him.

"You have to people here to see you" the nurse said at the door and Peter nodded for her to let them in. Carol and Y/n walked. Peter sat up and smiled as he looked at Y/n, but in guilt Y/n kept his head down.

"Hey how are you guys" Peter asked happily.

"Hey Peter" Carol said and then nudged Y/n.

"H-hi..... Peter" Y/n said softly. Peter looked at him with a sad smile.

"Y/n" Peter called out softly and they both looked at each other.

"I'm sorry" they said at the same time.

"W-what Peter I was the one that almost killed you... I-i" Y/n said as tears swelled his eyes.

"I wasn't a good friend you went through the same thing I did but I wasn't there for you like you were for me I missed your birthday I broke promises and I'm sorry had I been there for you you wouldn't have been pushed to do what you" he said as his eyes filled with tears too.

"No no no Peter Parker I will not let you do this this is my fault I did this and I will accept whatever consequences I have to face" Y/n said and Peter smiled.

"You know what happened was okay you've probably worried yourself with guilt more than enough" Peter said as he open his arms for hug. Y/n slowly walked towards the bed and they grabbed each other both  crying into each other's shoulders and apologizing softly. After awhile they let go.

"Peter there's something I need to tell you" Y/n said nervously.

"What's wrong" Peter asked.

"I can't stay here" he said looking down.

"What why not" Peter asked frantically.

"You may have forgiven me but everyone is not you and I can't expect them to be what I did was really bad so I think it's best I leave for awhile...... but I'll visit I promise" Y/n said. Peter hugged him and sighed then he looked at him.

"Where would you go" he asked.

"Carol said I could travel with her turn out she know my great grandma the scientist one" Y/n said with a smile. Carol smiled fondly at the two bringing Maria to her mind.

"Please take care of him" Peter said to Carol and she gave him a nod.

Y/n had to change everything to Peter's name since he couldn't take it all with him. Peter happily accepted the responsibility and was discharged from the hospital quicker than the doctors thought. And now it was time to say goodby- see you later.

"Remember to check on it at least once a month please" Y/n said as he handed Peter keys and some folded up paper.

"I promise" Peter said with a smile. They just stared at each other with happiness and sadness. Carol chuckling caused them to turn to her with curiosity.

"It's hard to say goodbye" she said knowingly. They looked back at each other and hugged while sighing.

"Go on" Peter encouraged, after Carol ran a little then flew into space, once they let go. Y/n looked at him with a smile then nodded. He then ran and jumped releasing photon energy allowing him to fly. As he flew up he left a trail of disappearing photon energy. Peter looked up smiling and watched him fly away.
