I wake up in a hospital. I'm so confused but yet I'm some what aware of what's going on. Lannan is sitting next to me in a chair asleep. My poor baby he looks exhausted. A nurse walks in.

Nurse: o my your up! How are you feeling sweetheart?

Lannan wakes up in a hurry. He grabs my hand and let's out a sigh of relief.

Y/N: I'm feeling much better! What happened?

Nurse: well you passed out due to dehydration and we ran some test. You are Anemic.

Y/N: oh no!

Nurse: it's okay nothing too serious but you do need to take care of yourself better! Now we just want to keep you here at least one more day. By tomorrow you should be on your way.

Y/N: okay thank you I appreciate it

Nurse: I'll come back to check on you in a hour.

The nurse leaves us alone closing the door behind her.

Lannan: man baby you really had me so scared. I didn't know what to think.

Y/N: I know I'm still freaked out myself.

Lannan: okay hon, I'm going to go tell the others that you are up.

Y/N: others?

Lannan: yeah Bazz, cray and Lachlan are here. The others went home to get some sleep and will be here 1st thing in the morning. I told them to go home to but they wanted to stay.

Y/N: okay hon I'll be here.

Lannan kisses me on the cheek and leaves. Wow I'm kind of out of words that they have stayed here for me. It's late and I know everyone is tired. I would have definitely done the same for them. There's a quick knock and in come in Bazz and cray.

Bazz: hey clumsy! How are you feeling?

Y/N: much better thanks to all the nurses.

Cray: you did take a hard fall.
(He says softly touching my forhead with the back of his fingers)

Y/N: ouuu that's sore. Do I have any markings?

Bazz pulls out his phone putting it on the camera.

Y/N: oo crap. That is definitely is going to scar.

Bazz: it's not too bad. You still look beautiful.

Y/N: thank you bazz! Listen guys thank you for waiting here with me. I know you guys are tired. You all go home and get rest. The nurse said I'll be good to go home tomorrow.

Bazz: I think I still want to stay here with you.

Y/N: I'm serious Bazz I feel way better and I would feel even more better if you went home and rest up.

Cray: yeah we definitely should Bazz. Lannan said he was going to stay the night anyways so she's in good hands.

Bazz: okay okay (bazz makes a pouty face)

Bazz leans in giving my forhead a kiss. I know this sounds cliche but that small second of a kiss made me feel so warm inside. Cray leans in as well giving the top of my head a light peck.

Cray: good night Y/N see ya tomorrow.

Bazz follows right behind cray giving me one more smile before walking out the door. That smile definitely made my whole night! I do feel a little bit guilty feeling this way. I mean Lannan is the one here with me. It's hard because when I'm with Lannan I want to be with him and only him but then when I see Bazz he just makes my heart melt. I'll be fine as long as I just ignore these feelings. In comes in Lannan with Lachlan. Well this is akward. My thoughts were so consumed in myself and Bazz that I forgot Lannan said Lachlan was here too.

Lannan: hey baby how you feeling?

Y/N: I'm good hon.

Lannan: Lachlan was being a good friend and didn't want to go home till you were up.

Lachlan: you could say that (he chuckled)

Y/N: Lachlan thank you I appreciate it very much.

Lannan brings another chair up and offered it to Lachlan.

Lachlan: thanks mate!

There's a ding on my phone.

Y/N: hey hon can you pass me my phone?

Lannan reaches over and passes me my phone. He continues on chatting with Lachlan about what he wanted to do for new years. I have several text from my family but one in particular stands out. It's from a unknown number.

>>>Unknown number: hey beautiful. I'm missing your smile. I'll be here when you wake up.

I don't know who the hell could this be but I think I have a clue. Lachlan. I quickly deleted it. Just having that on my phone felt unbearable.

Lannan: who was it hon?

Y/N: it was just my brother checking up on me.

Lannan: oh okay babe. I'm going to go get some coffee.  Do you want any? (He asks Lachlan)

Lachlan: yes please

Lannan leaves the room once agian closing the door behind him. Fuck. I wanted it to stay open.

Y/N: sooooo the text was that you?

Lachlan: which?

Y/N: c'mon you know what I'm talking about.

Lachlan: then yes it was me
(He laughs while putting his hand on his head looking at me)

Y/N: you can't send me these text. It's not right.

Lachlan: I know I'm sorry. I shouldn't haven't sent that. It's just when I saw you at the party it brought a lot of mixed feelings I still have towards you.

Y/N: we can't do this now.

Lachlan: then when can we? Will there ever be a good time to

Lannan walks in with 2 coffee's and a water for me.

Lannan: I'm sorry baby no coffee or tea for you. I asked the nurse she said water is best.

Y/N: can't argue with that
(I awkwardly laugh)

Lachlan: it's getting late guys. I better head home.

Y/N: yes it is!

Lannan: okay mate be careful! Let me know when you get home safe.

Lachlan leaves but not before stopping by the door and turning around giving me this lost glance. I don't know what to say or do. Lannan is distracted by switching the channels on the tv so he doesn't catch that. I can't deal with this right now. I'm starting to get a massive headache.

Lannan: baby go to sleep I'll be here when you wake up I know your tired.

Y/N: yeah baby my head is starting to pound. You too get some sleep hon.

Lannan: I rather sleep when your home and out of here.
(He looks at me smiling)

I give him a kiss and drifted to deep sleep.
