It's late and I'm tossing and turning. I'm trying my best to fall asleep but nothing is working. I think the time difference really is affecting me right now. I got a text from Lachlan earlier in the day but I didn't respond. It read "can you call me? Been trying to get ahold of you". I decided to just go ahead Facetime him.
Y/N: hey what's up?
Lachlan: what's up? I've been trying to call you!
(He said with a serious face)
Y/N: I'm sorry I've just been so busy.
Lachlan: too busy to even write a quick text? Just to let me know your okay?
Y/N: well the thing is I'm back home. So I've been traveling a lot these past days.
Lachlan: back home? What the hell are you talking about?
Y/N: I've came to visit my family for a couple of weeks.
Lachlan: damn so you wanted to run away from me
(He said being sarcastic)
Y/N: no that's not it I just needed some time. This was the perfect setting. Well I ended up coming home to a empty house. My family is gone visiting other family
(I made a pouty face)
Lachlan: so you're all alone? what are you wearing?
Y/N: stoppppp
(I said laughing)
Lachlan: let me go visit you.
Y/N: yeah right you would never!
(I rolled my eyes)
Lachlan: try me! Maybe us being together alone for a couple of days will show you how good we really are together.
Y/N: I don't know....
(I said hesitating)
Lachlan: c'mon look I'll even rent a hotel room.
He did have a good point. See If we did spend some time together maybe it will be more of a clearer picture of who I really want to be with... right? I hope this isn't a mistake. It could go both ways.
Lachlan: sooooo I'm guessing the silence means yes?
Y/N: okay! Okay! You've convinced me! How soon?
Lachlan: well a days worth of travelling so I could be there in a couple of days. I'm checking flights right now.
(He says as he has a concentrated face looking at his phone scrolling)
Y/N: uh huuuh?
Lachlan: BAM! I found a flight tomorrow morning and I'll arrive the following day. No layovers too!
Y/N: well you should start packing then!
(I said flirty)
He places his phone on his dresser where we could still see each other. He goes into his closet and pulls out his luggage. He begins to pack as we just chitchat about what to bring and what not.
Lachlan: you know you messed up right?
Y/N: oh yeah how?
Lachlan: I'm going to make you fall in love by the time the trip ends.
Y/N: you sound so confident!
Lachlan: because I am!
(He shoots me a wink.)
I roll my eyes as I continue watching him pack.
Lachlan: when are we going to talk about the other night?
Y/N: other night?
(I play dumb)
He looks a me like really?
Lachlan: my birthday. When we
Y/N: I know I know I'm playing
(I laugh, cutting him off)
Lachlan: I really enjoyed myself!
(He smiled)
Y/N: I did too
(I said blushing)
I can't believe I'm actually going through with this. Lannan can never find out. If I do end up choosing Lannan over Lachlan. He would never want anything to do with me. That would literally break me. Will karma come back to me? Will my conscience eat at me? Ughhhh so much thinking it's giving me a headache. I had a mini panic attack just thinking of how each situation can go.
Lachlan: hey everything okay?
( he comes and grabs his phone)
Y/N: of course
(I say trying to hide my worry)
Lachlan: I know you. Tell me what's wrong?
Y/N: can we just talk when you get here?
Lachlan: of course beautiful!
Y/N: so I'm excited to see you and literally can't wait but I'm getting sleepy. Can we talk tomorrow? Call me 1st thing when you wake up!
Lachlan: I got you! Be ready for me!
(He laughed)

(He blows me a kiss)
Well I'm hoping this will definitely lead my mind in the right direction. It's going to have to. If not I'm a lost cause!
