Chap 19.

Days continued on like this.

Wonwoo and Mingyu slept in the same room but left a big space in the bed between themselves when they sleep. Always slept back-to-back to each other.

No more hugs and kisses.

Whispering of sweet words and loving gestures daily.

How Mingyu missed Wonwoo's warmth so much but he just can't bring himself to face Wonwoo after what he witnessed.

Wonwoo and Mingyu never talked since that day.

Wonwoo was always so focused on his smartphone and being suspicious especially when he receives a call. He would excuse himself from them and goes somewhere.

Mingyu could only think that he's going to see his girlfriend because it couldn't be anything else.

Because of the thoughts and guesses Mingyu had,he feels upset all the time and it's tiring him out.

Despite of all these,Mingyu still had to concentrate in performances,practices and preparations of the next coming album?

At night before Mingyu falls asleep,the scene of Wonwoo and the girl kissing always appears in his mind.

The scene seemed to have scarred him deeply.

What do you expect? He loves Wonwoo deeply enough to even die for him.

The boys packed up to go home after all those strenuous exercises they went through. It was already late night.

Wonwoo already exited the dance studio just as the boys started to pack up and go. They arrived back at the dorm but didn't bother Wonwoo's whereabouts. They guessed that he might've went off to somewhere else.

One of the members went to the convenience store to buy some snacks and when he passed a dark alleyway on the way home,he heard someone talking and the voice of that someone was familiar.

He hid behind a wall so the people in the dark can't see him.

"I already did what your boss wanted me to do so don't even touch or hurt them especially Kim Mingyu. I already wounded his heart when he saw me kissing the girl your 'great' boss ordered to date me. Tell this to your boss so BACK OFF! If you people hurt anyone of my family....I won't hesitate to kill you all."that familiar voice said.

That one member clasped his hand over his mouth when he heard the mentioned name,Kim Mingyu.

"Jeon Wonwoo,I can't promise you. You do know that promises are meant to be broken right?"the guy said with a smirk.

"You!!!"The familiar voice said.

The member peeked out from the wall and saw his group member,Wonwoo talking seriously with a guy in black outfits.

Wonwoo looked like he's about to explode from anger.

The member was shocked and ran with all his might back to the dorm and entered the dorm with ragged breathing as he leaned himself against the back of the closed door.

"Hoshi hyung! Why do you look like as if you just ran a marathon? All sweaty and breathing hardly. Did you come across something that made you look like as if you've just seen a ghost?"Seungkwan came running to Hoshi who was still trying to catch his breath.

Hoshi waved his hand frantically in front of Seungkwan.

"I...s-saw Wonwoo talking with someone and Mingyu was mentioned."Hoshi walked to the couch with Seungkwan trailing behind him.

Mingyu's ears perked up at the mention of his name.

In no time,all the members were gathered at the couch as Hoshi continued.

"Wonwoo and a guy in black were talking in the dark alleyway.Wonwoo looked like as if he was about to explode in anger. Wonwoo told that guy that he has already done what the boss of the guy wanted him to do so don't the boss even dare to touch Wonwoo's family which might mean us especially Mingyu?"

All their eyes were suddenly directed towards Mingyu who sat there dumbfounded.

"Huh?"Mingyu looked at them with a puzzled look.

The others just turned their attention back on the conversation continued.

"The guy then said that he can't promise Wonwoo anything because promises are meant to be broken. I didn't continue eavesdropping on them because I ran back here."Hoshi finished talking.

Jeonghan then voiced out his thoughts,"Wonwoo and another guy? Could there be something going on that we don't know about?"

The members just shrugged their shoulders.

Back to the alleyway....

"I'm warning you! D.O.N.'.T T.O.U.C.H T.H.E.M !"Wonwoo grabbed the collar of the man and pulled him close.

The man just laughed it off and said,"Boi.....Jeon Wonwoo, you really don't know what our boss is capable of huh!?"

"Tell that Lady Jena to stop whatever she's gonna do to my group members......I will do anything...Just don't"Wonwoo pleaded.

"No can't do....Just watch and see SEVENTEEN crumble down."the man said and walked away.

Wonwoo was left all alone in that dark alleyway.

He walked home soullessly. The members saw him walking in through the front door but they didn't confront him about the matter earlier and he was clueless that Hoshi eavesdropped his conservation with the man.

So let it be like this for now.
