Its been a few weeks since i found out about JL's death. I barely eat, talk, move... live. I have no idea whats going on around me. Everyone tries to talk to me but all I hear is humming rather than actual words.
"Do you want some pizza?"
I just stared at Hide and never said anything. I'm in my bed while shes serving me with a box of warm pizza on my lap. He took one and took a bite in front of me. He looked at me observing if I'm getting his attention. For the first time in weeks I responded by brushing the side of his face with my hand. I took him off guard and I can see how nervous that made him feel. He continue chewing his pizza and as soon as he swallowed...
I kissed him.
"Elaine..."
Hindi ako nagsalita matapos ko syang halikan. Inagaw ko ang hawak nyang pizza at unang beses kong voluntarily na kumain. Pumasok si Eddie and Aoora sa kwarto at nakitang tahimik akong kumakain habang nakikipagtitigan kay Hide.
"Whats going on here?" Confused nilang bati.
"Eat" alok ko sa kanila at halos tumalon sa tuwa si Eddie at tumakbo silang dalawa sa kama ko.
Nakaharap kami sa isat isa at tahimik na kumain.
"I'm sorry for being a brat."
All of them looked at me like im a ghost. I havent spoke a word for weeks. They all thought I've lost my mind for acting like a literal wall.
"You're grieving. We understand" mahinang sagot ni Aoora.
"I think this will last for a little while, please be patient with me."
"Of course—" nagulat si Hide ng bigla kong pinulupot ang mga braso ko sa waist nya.
"Do you want me to sleep with you tonight?"
I nod and I see Aoora and Eddie smirking.
"Jealous?" And i smiled at them and winked.
They were both in shock. I'm slowly coming back to my senses and they can't hide their excitement. After they left I showered and as I jumped back to my bed and saw Hide staring at me.
"Are you in pain?" He asked but i just sat on his lap and i felt his hands run to my hips.
"My head is" i answered.
I pushed him to lay down and i landed on his harms beside him. I kissed his neck and whispered.
"Please help me move on."

5AM
Lumabas ako para tumakbo at samantalahin ang magandang panahon. Mataas na ang araw at ngayon lamang naging ganito ka-init sa umaga. Narinig ko ang biglang pagtunog ng relo ko matapos kong buksan ang pinto papunta sa parke katabi ng pasilidad.
"L? Where are you?"
"Good morning Hide, just jogging at the park. I wont go far."
"Are you feeling okay? Live share your vitals if thats okay?"
"Fair enough, i'll come back in a few. Go back to sleep."
"I'm your body guard Elaine."
"You're my boyfriend."
Kaagad kong pinatay ang tawag at nagsimulang tumakbo. Malamig parin ang simoy ng hangin pero habang tumatama ang sikat ng araw sakin ay nababalanse ang temperatura. Tumatakbo ako pero mas mabilis ang takbo ng isip ko.
Hahayaan ko ba ang sarili ko na mahulog ng tuluyan kay Hideyoshi? Kaya ba nitong alisin ang nararamdaman ko kay Xander? Bakit may nararamdaman pa rin ako kay Xander kahit pinatay nya ang isang taong tinuturing kong pamilya? Nahihina ako at biglang tumunog ang relo ko.
