Chapter 23: What Happens Now?

( Author's Note): Today's Anime recommendation is Kuroko no Basuke 2 and the first one. The opening is Kuroko no Basuke 2, but played backwards. I love most sport's animes especially Kuroko no Basuke. My favorite character is Midorima Shintarou. The opening of 黒子のバスケ does not belong to me. Also, I found this crossover on Google images. After supper ended,you and Levi returned back to your headquarters. The walk was dead silent. You were confused, you had thought that Levi would ask about what you were doing for the past three days. However, you just shrugged off the curious thought and resumed back to the silent walk. " Oi, brat." You looked up at Levi. " Yes?" " Stop walking for a minute. I have something to tell you." You stopped walking and gave Levi your full attention. " What's the matter?" You asked innocently. Levi lowered his head, causing his ebony locks to shade his face from you. " I've been thinking for the past few days while you were gone." You were scared, a tight knot formed in your stomach. " Is that so?" You asked rather calmly. " I have made a decision." " What kind of decision?" Levi lifted his head and stared deeply into your eyes. " (Your name). We are not meant to be together." Your heart sank and you stood frozen in your spot. [ What did he say?] You questioned to yourself. " I'm sorry." Levi apologized sympathetically. You exhaled then inhaled heavily. " Please understand why I am doing this. It's becau-" Before Levi could finish his reason, you had slapped Levi across the face. Slowly, you lowered your hand back down to your side, clenching your fists. " I don't need any pathetic excuses." " (Your name)-" " I'm not angry about this incident. I'm furious because for once in my life I didn't feel alone or sad. Instead, I felt something that I haven't felt in a long time. Loved. When my parents died, there was nobody else in my life. That was until you walked in. But, now the feeling has diminished into ashes." You started to tear up. " I'm leaving. Good-bye Levi." When attempting to leave the man, a firm grip landed on your left wrist. " Please understand that I am doing this for you." You wretched your left wrist out of his grasp and gave him a disgusted look. " Just leave me alone  and never talk to me in private ever again."

As you stormed back to your original dorm, you asked yourself the same exact question repeatedly. [ Why doesn't anyone love me?] 

(Author's Note): I am very sorry that this chapter is short, however, I was in the mood to create some drama. Therefore, this is the result. Also by the way, please comment if any of you want me to update anymore. Lately, I have not received any support and feel as if none of you want anymore chapters.And stop messaging me about Levi being out of character!!! (/ T_T)/.
